Not Responsible in case of accident on premises. Terms & Conditions 1. Item or conditions not covered here will be determined at the discretion of the auctioneer. 2. All buyers must register and receive a bid number. Driver's license or proper identification is required. 3. No item will be removed until full payment is received. American Auctions reserves the right to maintain possession of goods until payment for item(s) has cleared. 4. Payment will be cash, good check or credit card. A $30.00 Returned Check Fee plus collection fees will be assessed on all bad checks. There is a 3% fee for credit card payments. 5. Once the auctioneer declares an item sold, responsibility for that item lies with the buyer. 6. No guarantee or warranty is expressed or implied as to correctness, description, authenticity, genuineness or condition. 7. Any items left after scheduled pickup times will be forfeited. 8. American Auctions does not restrict its employees or officers from taking part in any auction. 9. Announcements at the time of the sale take precedent. 10. Auctioneer has the right to accept or refuse any and all opening bids. 11. If you the buyer do not agree with any of the previously stated terms and conditions, we respectfully ask that you turn in your bid card as the auction method may not be for you. Grading: Every person has their own opinion. It is the responsibility of the buyer to examine and grade to their own satisfaction before they bid. Absolutely no returns, Buyers shall rely entirely on their own inspection and information Pick up All items purchased must be paid in full the day of the auction. If larger items have been purchased staff will be available to assist following the auction. Loading will take place up to 2 hours after the last item is sold on the day of the auction. Please make arrangements for alternate pick up times. Security: Each customer may be required to show a paid-in-full receipt for their items at the exit before removal is permitted. Please understand however, once the auctioneer declares an item sold, responsibility lies with the buyer.
