An invoice will be emailed to all AcutionZip and Invaluable winning bidders within 24 hours of the end of the auction. Consignment Connection Auction Company reserves the right to hold all purchases until checks or credit card transactions have cleared to the satisfaction of the Auction Company. All items must be paid for after the auction ends and before being picked up. If payment has not been collected within 4 days of the auction, credit cards will be automatically billed. 6. If declared the winning bidder, you have entered into a legally binding contract to purchase the property offered. In the event of any failure of the Buyer to comply with fair practice, such as stop payment with maintaining of lots purchased for thereof criminal action will be taken. 9. The auctioneers and owners are not responsible for the correct description of any lot or for the genuineness or authenticity of the property comprising the same or for any defects therein, and they also make no warranty or representation connection therewith. No sale will be set aside nor will any liability be assumed on account of any incorrectness in description, error in cataloging imperfection not noted in the catalog or made orally. All goods will be exposed for pubic exhibition and will be sold "as is" and without recourse and no deduction will be made for damaged articles.
