Photos & Condition: High-resolution front and back studio photos are provided for identification and to assist in your own condition assessment. Cards may be photographed inside protective sleeves to minimize handling. Photos do not constitute a warranty or guarantee of grade or condition. Binding Contract: All bids are final. Once you are the winning bidder, you have entered a legal contract to pay in full. There is no "cooling-off period" to change your mind. Right of Refusal: The auction house reserves the right to reject any bid or bidder at any time. Legal Compliance: All transactions must comply with the laws and rules of the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) of the state where the sale is held. Fees & Payment Buyer’s Premium: A 20% Buyer’s Premium will be added to all winning bids. Credit Card Fee: A 3.5% non-refundable fee applies to all credit card transactions. Immediate Settlement: The credit card on file with HiBid will be charged immediately after the auction closes. Payment Failure: If your card is declined, you will be granted a 24-hour grace period to provide a valid payment method. Failure to settle the invoice within 24 hours will result in the immediate cancellation of your order and a permanent suspension of bidding privileges. High-Value Invoices: Total invoices of $1,000.00 or more must be paid via bank wire transfer or Zelle only. Credit cards will not be accepted for these amounts. Sales Tax: Collected as required by Florida law. Tax-exempt bidders must provide a valid certificate prior to the auction close; no exceptions. Shipping, Logistics, & Fulfillment Responsibility: Buyers are responsible for all shipping and handling charges unless the Free Shipping Promotion requirements are met. Logistics Provider: We utilize Shipping Saint Inc. for all fulfillment. Bidders must ensure their HiBid profile contains a valid mobile phone number and monitored email address to receive shipping invoices. Shipping Quotes: As an auction house, we don't have access to the bulk shipping discounts larger platforms like Amazon, eBay, or Whatnot can offer. The "Shipping" charge covers postage, packaging supplies (boxes, mailers, rigid protection, etc.), and shipping platform costs, calculated by our third-party shipping platform. Handling Fees: An auction house handling fee of $0–$5 may apply when an order requires modifications to standard processing. If applicable, the Handling Fees appear on the auction winner settlement as a line item on the invoice from HiBid. Service Area: Shipping is available for the Continental United States only. The 7-Day Abandonment Rule: Shipping invoices must be paid within 7 days of receipt. Unpaid shipping records will be cancelled and items returned to inventory. Original auction payments (Hammer + Buyer's Premium) are non-refundable in cases of shipping abandonment and will be retained as liquidated damages. Free Shipping Promotion (Bulk Bonus) Eligibility: Win 10 or more individual Catalog Lot Numbers to qualify for free shipping and handling. (A single lot number counts as one qualifying win, regardless of the number of loose cards in the lot). Exclusions: Sealed packs, boxes, factory sets, sports memorabilia, and oversized/fragile collectibles are excluded. If an order contains any of these excluded items, such items are ineligible for the Free Shipping Promotion, will be invoiced separately, and standard rates will apply. Carrier Selection: We reserve the right to select the most economical shipping method, with tracking, for all orders.
