Auction Participation By bidding in this auction, you agree that you understand how online auctions operate and accept full responsibility for reviewing item descriptions, photos, videos, viewing times, payment deadlines, and pickup requirements. These materials are for reference only and may not show every detail. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items in person before bidding. Descriptions, photos, and videos are a general guide and may contain errors or omissions. No sale will be cancelled or adjusted due to catalog inaccuracies, defects, or missing information. Registration & Account Responsibility Your registration information must be accurate. The name you register with will appear on your invoice — invoices cannot be changed after the auction closes. Your bidder number, email, and password grant access to the bidding system. Any bids placed under your account are your responsibility, regardless of who placed them. The auctioneer may approve, deny, or revoke registration at any time. Bidding Rules Each lot closes at a scheduled time. A soft close is in effect: if a bid is placed within the final 2 minutes, the lot will extend by 2 minutes until no further bids are received. Bidders must monitor closing times and ensure they are bidding from the live catalog during the final countdown. When a lot closes, the highest bid becomes a binding contract to purchase that item. All bids are final. All purchases must be paid in full immediately after the auction closes. Payment MUST be received before any item is released or picked up. Accepted payment methods: Cash Debit E-transfer (no surcharge) Visa, Mastercard, AMEX (2.5% processing fee) Invoices must be paid in full before any item is released. All sales are final — no refunds, returns, or exchanges. Tax exemptions may apply only if proper documentation is provided at the time of payment. All items must be picked up on the following dates: October 7 October 8 October 9 Pickup hours are 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM on all three days. No appointment is required — buyers may arrive anytime during open hours. Items must be picked up within these three days. Any items not removed by October 9 may be considered abandoned and forfeited without refund. We do not provide shipping. Hauling is available through 2CE Equipment for an additional fee. Buyers are responsible for loading their purchases. If additional help or equipment is needed, buyers must bring their own assistance. Condition of Items All items are sold AS-IS, with all faults and defects. No guarantees are made regarding functionality, completeness, or suitability for any purpose. Bidders must inspect items personally to ensure they meet their needs. No refunds or adjustments will be made after purchase. Vehicles, Machinery & Equipment All vehicles, machinery, and equipment are sold AS-IS, with all defects. Items may require repairs, may not be roadworthy, and may not be fit for use without service. Vehicles sold in this auction are NOT OMVIC-approved and are NOT drive-ready. They may require mechanical work, safety inspections, or certification before they can be legally driven. Buyers must inspect vehicles and equipment to their satisfaction before bidding. No mechanical inspections are performed by the auctioneer. Vehicle Release & Ownership Transfer Vehicles must be fully paid before ownership transfer. Ownership will be transferred only to the registered buyer. Vehicles cannot be driven off the property under any circumstances. Buyers must arrange towing or transport at their own expense. Ownership transfer must be completed before the vehicle is released. Demo Models Some items may be listed as demo models. Demo units may show signs of use such as scratches, scuffs, grass clippings, dust, fluids in the engine, or missing small parts. These items may have been used for display or demonstration purposes. All demo models are sold AS-IS, with no warranties, guarantees, refunds, or exchanges. Condition issues related to demo use are not grounds for a refund or discount. Buyer Liability & Conduct All items become the buyer’s responsibility immediately upon purchase. Buyers must insure their purchases against loss, theft, or damage from the auction date until removal. No person may bid on items for which they are the consignor or acting on behalf of the consignor. The auctioneer may add, remove, or modify lots at any time. Final Sale All items are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS. All sales are final. No refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations will be offered for any reason.
