Terms & Conditions By registering for this auction, you acknowledge and accept the following terms and conditions: Payments: • Automatic Charges: For any lots you win, we will automatically charge the card on file immediately after each auction ends. This includes a 15% buyer's premium and applicable state sales tax. You'll receive a confirmation email with your paid invoice from info@njxauctions.com Please check your junk/spam folder if you do not receive it. • Cash Payments: If you prefer to pay in cash, please inform us before the auction closes to avoid charges to your card. You can notify us by emailing cs@njxauctions.com or using the "contact auctioneer" option on any lot page. Cash payments must be completed during the designated pick-up times, or your card on file will be charged on the final day of pick-up (10 days after the conclusion of an auction). Pickups and Shipping: • PICK-UP: You can collect your items for the 10 business days after the auction end date. Business days are Sun - Fri 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, excluding holidays. We are closed on Saturdays. • Location: 831 River St, Paterson, NJ 07524 SHIPPING: We reserve 3 days to pack and ship orders from auction end time. If you have more than one item, we will pack them together in one shipment to provide you with the lowest cost. After your order is ready to ship, we will add the shipping fee to your winning bids and charge your card. THERE IS NO HANDLING FEE! Please make sure the address on your account is correct as all shipments will be made to that address unless otherwise specified. We have partnered with shipping carriers to pass down the lowest costs to our customers! If you would like expedited shipping at an additional cost (as quoted by shipping carriers), please feel free to email us at cs@njxauctions.com at auction end or before so we can arrange that for you. IMPORTANT: Please note that larger and heavier items will be more expensive when it comes to shipping rates so please bid accordingly. Abandoned Items: Items not collected within 14 days of the auction's close are considered abandoned and will be disposed of without a refund. Item Conditions: • Our team inspects each item and tests functionality when possible. The second photo in each listing provides a condition report. However, we don't control the inventory sent to us and can't inspect every item visually. • Item Questions: Each listing's description includes answers to key questions about the item — such as whether it is damaged, functional, in its original packaging, missing parts, or requires assembly. Please review these answers before bidding to know exactly what you're getting. Returns and Refunds: • Guarantee: All items come with a 10-day guarantee from the auction close date against misrepresentation or manufacturer defects. • Auction Remorse: Returns or refunds for reasons other than those specified are not accepted. Please ensure the items you bid on meet your specifications. Communications: • Promises: We avoid sending unnecessary communications. You'll only receive texts to remind you of auction closing times and if you're a winning bidder. • Opting Out: You can reply STOP to cease receiving messages from us or unsubscribe from NJX Auctions as needed. IMPORTANT: By placing a bid through this website, you are entering into a legally binding contract and agree to follow through with the purchase of the item should you win the item. Bidder expressly agrees not to stop payment, dispute or contest this transaction. NJX Auctions and its consignors reserve the right to remove any and all items from a sale at any time. Bidder agrees to hold NJX Auctions harmless for the failure to execute a bid for any reason on behalf of any participants.
