MAD BIDS AUCTION TERMS & CONDITIONS By registering or bidding, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. 1. BIDDING & ITEM CONDITION All bids are final and binding. Bidders must be 18 years or older. ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD "AS IS, WHERE IS." Merchandise may include customer returns, open-box, overstock, liquidation, used, damaged, incomplete, or untested items. Review all descriptions and photos BEFORE bidding. Photos may be actual or stock/reference photos. Stock photos may not represent the exact condition, packaging, contents, or accessories. 2. FEES & PAYMENT All winning bids are subject to: 15% Buyer's Premium $1.00 handling fee per lot Applicable HST 2.4% fee for credit card and mobile wallet payments Payment methods: E-Transfer, Cash, Credit Card, or accepted mobile wallet. E-Transfer: mbbtransfers@gmail.com You MUST include your BID CARD NUMBER and FULL NAME AS SHOWN ON YOUR INVOICE in the e-transfer message. CARDS WILL NOT BE AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED DURING THE REGULAR PAYMENT/PICKUP PERIOD. You are responsible for paying your invoice by the deadline. IN-PERSON CREDIT CARD & MOBILE WALLET PAYMENTS REQUIRE ID VERIFICATION. You must present valid government-issued photo ID matching the name on the bidder account/invoice. Physical credit card payments also require the physical card being used. Mad Bids may require additional verification before accepting payment or releasing an order. If an invoice remains unpaid after the final pickup deadline, you authorize Mad Bids to charge the card on file for the outstanding balance plus the 2.4% credit card fee. 3. PICKUP & APPOINTMENTS ALL PICKUPS ARE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Buyers have THREE (3) DESIGNATED PICKUP DAYS following the auction. Exact dates will be provided for each auction. A Calendly link will be sent to winning bidders to book a pickup appointment. NO WALK-INS. Book only ONE appointment per order. Double-booking or reserving multiple appointments for the same order will result in a $15 ADMIN FEE. Pickup Location: 20 Automatic Rd., Unit 9 Brampton, ON L6S 5N6 4. MISSED PICKUP - ABANDONED ITEMS ALL ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP BY THE END OF THE THIRD AND FINAL DESIGNATED PICKUP DAY. Items not collected by the deadline are considered ABANDONED and may be immediately DISPOSED OF, RESOLD, DONATED, RECYCLED, OR OTHERWISE REMOVED WITHOUT REFUND OR CREDIT. THERE IS NO STORAGE PERIOD OR AUTOMATIC EXTENSION. If the invoice is unpaid, Mad Bids may charge the card on file for the outstanding balance plus the 2.4% credit card fee. PAYMENT OR CHARGING AFTER THE DEADLINE DOES NOT EXTEND THE PICKUP PERIOD OR RESTORE YOUR RIGHT TO ABANDONED ITEMS. 5. SHIPPING - 48 HOURS ALL SHIPPING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AND PAID FOR WITHIN 48 HOURS OF THE AUCTION ENDING. Shipping requests must be emailed to: mbbauction@gmail.com Within 48 hours, you must request shipping, pay your invoice in full, and pay the applicable shipping fee. Shipping is $15 per order. Additional or oversized boxes are $10 per box. If shipping is not requested and paid for within 48 hours, the order is considered ABANDONED and may be DISPOSED OF, RESOLD, DONATED, RECYCLED, OR OTHERWISE REMOVED WITHOUT REFUND OR CREDIT. PAYMENT AFTER THE 48-HOUR DEADLINE DOES NOT RESTORE YOUR RIGHT TO AN ABANDONED ORDER. All shipped orders require a signature upon delivery. Mad Bids may require government-issued photo ID or third-party identity verification before shipping higher-value or higher-risk orders. 6. REFUNDS ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS. Refunds are only considered when the item received MATERIALLY CONTRADICTS THE AUCTION LISTING. All issues must be reported within THREE (3) CALENDAR DAYS of pickup or confirmed delivery. Mad Bids may require photos, videos, serial numbers, or other information to verify the issue. Buyer's remorse, compatibility issues, disclosed defects, or conditions shown or stated in the listing do NOT qualify for a refund. Reporting an issue does not automatically guarantee a refund. 7. AUCTION ERRORS & ACCOUNTS Mad Bids may correct, withdraw, or cancel a lot due to a listing error, incorrect photo, inventory issue, technical issue, duplicate listing, or other material error. If Mad Bids cannot provide a paid item, the amount paid for that item may be refunded. Bidders are responsible for all bids placed through their accounts. Fraudulent payments, chargebacks, non-payment, abusive behaviour, or violation of these Terms may result in suspension of bidding privileges. 8. PICKUP LIABILITY Buyers are responsible for safely loading and transporting their purchases and must bring any help, tools, or equipment required. Mad Bids is not responsible for injury, theft, loss, or property damage during pickup except where liability cannot legally be excluded. 9.
