Auction Terms: Online-only auction with a 12% buyer’s premium.Payment is due in full on pickup day unless prior shipping arrangements have been made. Wisconsin sales tax (5.5%) applies unless a valid tax-exempt form is provided. Accepted payments: Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. A 3.5% processing fee applies to credit card payments. Purchases over $1,000 must be paid by Cash, Check, or Wire Transfer. Shipping is available at the buyer’s expense. A $15 handling fee per package, plus actual shipping and insurance cost will be added to the invice prior to shipping. Fragile or delicate items are shipped at the buyer’s risk. Any damage claims must be handled directly with the carrier. Pickup PolicyItems not picked up during scheduled pickup times will be charged to the card on file. Unclaimed items become the property of Sunrise Auction Company, and payment remains due in full. Any alternate pickup or shipping arrangements must be made before the auction closes. Inspection & ConditionBuyers are responsible for inspecting items and determining condition, authenticity, age, value, and suitability. Descriptions and photos are provided as a courtesy and are not guarantees. All items are considered used unless otherwise stated. Offsite Auctions: Auctions held at locations other than the auction center may offer the option to have winning lots transported back to the auction center for pickup. Box lots will incur an additional $15 handling fee per lot for transport to the auction center for an alternate pickup day. Furniture, large items, and similar pieces will incur a minimum $25 handling fee per item. Buyers are responsible for verifying that large items are eligible for transport prior to placing bids or getting a quote for removal of items prior to purchase. Bidding Terms: Placing a bid creates a legally binding contract. Internet or technical issues that prevent bids from being placed are not the responsibility of Sunrise Auction Company. The auction company reserves the right to reject bids, cancel auctions, or modify terms at any time. All disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Dane County, Wisconsin.
