If management determines that a dispute is applicable and approved, compensation, if any, will be issued strictly as a DIG N BID store credit. Store credits issued by DIG N BID: * Are valid for 60 days from the date of issuance * May be used toward future DIG N BID auction purchases * Are non-transferable * Are non-refundable * Have no cash value DIG N BID reserves the sole right to determine the eligibility, amount, method, and applicability of any issued credit. ## Dispute Window Applicable disputes must be submitted within 5 calendar days from the item pickup date. After the 5-day dispute period expires: * No refund * No credit * No dispute consideration Failure to inspect items within the allowed timeframe constitutes acceptance of the item in its current condition. ## Pickup Policy Winning bidders are responsible for picking up their items during the designated pickup dates and times. Pickup Dates: Friday September 18, 2026 10 AM – 6 PM ONLY Pickup is by appointment only. $25 per day storage fees will apply to items not picked up on time.
