International bidding will not be accepted. Auction is being held LIVE in-person along with ON-LINE bidding! ON-LINE purchasers will be bidding against LIVE in-person bids. If you bid in-person, NO BUYERS PREMIUM will apply! If buying in-person, purchases settled for in cash or check ONLY! NO CREDIT CARDS! First time buyers with Novak Auction Service will need a letter of credit if settling with a check! All ON-LINE purchases settled for by WIRE TRANSFER Only! Online Auction Fee will be 1%. Wire Transfer payable to Novak Auction Service. Winning bidders will receive an email confirmation of each item they have won. At the end of the auction, winning buyers will be emailed an invoice with all of their auction purchases (tax if applicable), along with wiring instructions. Wire Transfer MUST be completed by the end of the NEXT business day! NO property removed until settled for! All Items must be removed within 5 days of the auction. Additional storage fee charge of $100.00 per day will be applied after the 5-day period has past, unless other arrangements are made. Removal shall be at the expense and liability of the purchaser. If no other arrangement is made, the items are assumed abandoned and will be removed at the buyers cost and resold! Novak Auction Service will offer shipping services!
