Terms and Conditions

There is a 12% buyer's premium that will be added to your invoice. You will be notified after the auction closes as to the items you won. The winning bidders may pick up their items in Richmond, IN on June 2, 2016 between 2 -6:00 p.m. There will be a preview at the house on May 31st from 4-6:00 pm. at 4000 Pinehurst Drive, Richmond, IN 47374. Buyers may pay with cash or credit card when they pick up their items. If other pick up arrangements need to be made, call 765-541-0304. Items will be shipped at the buyer's request. Your credit card will be charged for the invoice amount and then charged again after your item is packed. There will be a $5.00 fee added for packaging to the exact shipping amount charged by USPS. If you wish to have your item insured, you must notify the auction company upon winning the bid. If you have any questions, please call 765-541-0304.

If you wish to have your items shipped, we will pack you items & after we have the actual shipping cost & a $5.00 packing fee per package we will charge your card a second time.
