Auction Terms & Conditions Bidding is Open Now -See terms and conditions for exact closing times. All bidders must be at least 18 years of age ( all bidders registering to bid on firearms must be 21 years of age and produce ID upon pickup) and must register prior to bidding. By registering and placing a bid, you: " Acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions. " Acknowledge that you have read the auction-specific details, payment terms, pickup schedule, shipping information, and any additional information posted for that auction. " Accept full responsibility for all bids placed under your account. Auction-specific terms supplement these General Terms & Conditions and shall govern where differences exist. Bids are final and may not be withdrawn or retracted without the express written consent of Klingson-Farnham Auction Service. Bidder registration is non-transferable, and bidders are responsible for maintaining the security of their account. Auction will start a soft close on Saturday 9/12/26 at 05:00 PM CST. Auction lots are spaced by 2 minutes and this auction is set to have a 'soft close' - meaning any lot receiving a bid in last 5 minutes of lot close, lot will be extended by 2 minutes. If you cannot make the designated pickup time please make alternate arrangements by calling Meredith @ 515-571-4290, Holly @ 515-351-9347 or Rod @ 515-351-7609. Pickup is Sunday 9/13/26 12:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. Pickup location is 508 2nd St NW, Dayton, Iowa. 1. Klingson-Farnham Auction does not test or guarantee condition/authenticity or genuineness of items, All Descriptions are believed to be true & correct with pictures being part of the item description. Each item sells in "As Is" condition, by Bidding on an item you have agreed to accept the item in its "As Is" condition. 2. All sales are final. Cash or Check payments must be preapproved by auctioneer prior to day of auction closing. 3. Bid accordingly as there are NO RETURNS. 4. Removal is buyer's responsibility. Please bring boxes/bins- Buyer MUST bring enough help/manpower to lift any heavy objects! 5. Call for details on any specific items before placing bids. 6. Please Note: Klingson-Farnham Auction assumes no liability for the accuracy of the description of the items being offered. If you, the buyer, are relying solely on the description of the item, it is your responsibility to conduct your due diligence prior to bidding on the item and determine what you believe is the asset being offered. No refunds for Buyer's Remorse if they think it is an item that it is not. 7. We will Charge the card on file IMMEDIATELY after the close of an auction. The credit card charge of 3% is included with the Buyer's premium. If you are approved to pay by cash or check, the 3% CC charge will be deducted from your invoice at close of auction. 8. Purchases can be picked up on the specificed date and and time. If you are unable to pickup on the specified date, contact the auctioneer for an alternative date. Buyers must remove all purchases during the scheduled pickup period unless alternative pickup or shipping arrangements have been made. Unless otherwise stated in the auction-specific information, alternate pickup times will be available only if the buyer contacts the auction company prior to close of auction or they must arrange for another individual to pick up their purchases. Failure to remove purchased items during the scheduled pickup period does not relieve the buyer of their obligation to pay for purchased items. Buyers are responsible for bringing adequate labor, vehicles, trailers, tie-downs, packing materials, and any assistance necessary to safely remove and transport their purchases. Klingson-Farnham Auction Service reserves the right to stop any unsafe loading or removal activity. Items not removed during the designated pickup period shall be considered abandoned. Klingson-Farnham Auction Service may, at its sole discretion, assess storage fees, resell, dispose of, or otherwise handle abandoned property without further notice. No refunds will be issued for abandoned or unclaimed items. Professional shipping and professional packing is expensive! We charge a minimum handling fee of $10 on our end per invoice for packaging, materials and labor, and choose the most economical rate between USPS, FedEx and UPS and required insurance (this is in addition to the handling charge). Picking up firearms in person- Buyer will need to provide ID and permit, if required and sign a bill of sale before releasing the firearm to the buyer. All shipped firearms pay $30 FFL Transfer Fee Shipping- Firearms will be shipped from our local FFL dealer in Fort Dodge Iowa and can ship to an FFL of your choice and pick up from your FFL according to your states requirements 9. Lots not picked up during the specified pickup Date/Time, will be considered abandoned & forfeited. They will then become the property of Klingson-Farnham Auction, with no refunds. By bidding you have made a commitment to purchase items and have entered a legal contract; Bids cannot be cancelled or retracted for any reason. Non-paying Bidders or fraudulent Bidders are subject to legal actions and will be barred from future Auctions. Klingson-Farnham Auction shall not be liable for any missed bids or electronic issues during the course of the Auction. 9. Buyers will hold harmless the Seller and/or Klingson-Farnham Auction when they arrive and remove their assets. Buyers may have to at their own discretion use equipment and tools that could be harmful to themselves (falling off ladders or using power tools for examples) and realize they are doing so at their own risk and assume full responsibility for their actions.
