Each bidder shall review all photos, title, and description of each lot prior to bidding. The auctioneer will make every effort to describe each lot accurately, including defects. 6. The auctioneer reserves the right to accept or reject any bid; and shall control the bidding always. 7. A 10% buyer’s premium applies to all purchases. A 3% fee applies for payments made by VISA or MasterCard. 13% HST is applicable to all purchases unless exempt. 8. The successful buyer shall be responsible to pick up each item purchased, or to arrange shipping. Shipping is available for gold, silver, and currency lots. 9. Payment in full is due within 48 hours after auction closes. 10. Items not removed within 10 days after auction close shall be considered abandoned unless prior arrangements have been made. The auctioneer reserves the right to re-sell abandoned items. 11. The auctioneer shall not be held responsible for any interruption in service and does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error free service or use of the site. The bidder acknowledges that this auction is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning. The auctioneer, in its sole discretion, may void a sale, temporarily suspend bidding, and re-sell any items that were affected by the malfunction. 12. Each bidder shall be responsible for all bids placed under his/her account, and for the security of his/her account. The auctioneer must be notified immediately if it is known or suspected that a bidder account has been compromised. 13. Failure to complete your purchase will result in a 25% restocking charge.
