Auction Checkout and Pickup will be Thursday and Friday Septmeber 3rd and 4th 9:00 A.M.-5:00 P.M. Or by appointment. BIDDERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOADING OWN ITEMS. We have equipment to help with loading. 11. Any items not picked up by Friday September 4th at 5:00 P.M. without prior arrangements, will become the property of the auction company. In such cases, the registered bidders credit card on file may be charged for the amount due as an inconvenience fee to the auction company. 12. By placing a bid, you acknowledge and accept the condition of the item as-is, without exception. Inspections are encouraged and are the responsibility of the bidder prior to bidding. 13. In the event of auction software issues, the auction will resume at a later time. Lots with bidding that had already closed as scheduled will remain closed. Lots where bidding closed unexpectedly may be reopened at the discretion of the auction company. Additionally, the auction company and/or consignor reserve the right to void any sale prior to payment for any reason, including but not limited to reserve not met (whether advertised or not), clerical or listing errors, or other circumstances deemed necessary.
