Terms and Conditions By registering for or participating in this auction, each bidder agrees to the following terms: All Sales Are Final: All property is sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees, warranties, returns, exchanges, or refunds. Condition and Descriptions: Descriptions, measurements, photographs, artist names, dates, origins, and condition reports are provided as opinions and for informational purposes only. Bidders are responsible for reviewing all available information and requesting additional details before bidding. Registration and Bidding: Bidders must provide accurate registration and payment information. Each bid constitutes a binding agreement to purchase the lot if the bidder is successful. Buyer’s Premium: A buyer’s premium will be added to the final hammer price of each lot. Additional platform, processing, shipping, and applicable tax charges may also apply. Payment: Full payment is required within the time stated on the invoice. Accepted payment methods and any applicable limits will be listed on the invoice or auction platform. Sales Tax: Applicable sales tax will be collected unless the buyer provides valid resale or exemption documentation before payment. Shipping and Pickup: Buyers are responsible for all shipping, handling, packing, insurance, customs, duties, and pickup costs. The auction house is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage after property has been released to a carrier or third-party shipper. Nonpayment: Failure to pay may result in cancellation of the sale, loss of bidding privileges, collection activity, and any other remedies permitted by law or the auction platform. Auctioneer’s Discretion: The auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw, combine, divide, or reopen any lot; reject any bid or bidder; correct catalog errors; and resolve bidding disputes at its sole discretion. Technical Issues: The auction house is not responsible for internet interruptions, platform errors, delayed bids, equipment failures, or other technical problems. Authenticity and Attribution: Unless expressly accompanied by a written guarantee, all statements concerning authenticity, attribution, period, maker, or provenance represent opinions only and are not warranties.
