We work with our trusted third-party shipper, Goin Postal, and we must wait until after auction pickup before we can deliver any items. Items are usually delivered to Goin Postal within 2-3 days after the auction pickup to begin the shipping process. Once your package is packaged, weighed, & prepared, a separate shipping invoice will be added and automatically charged to the card on file. You’ll receive an email directly from the carrier with your tracking number within that timeframe. (Always check the spam/junk folder). -Please make sure your address in hibid is the address you want your package shipped, as that is where the address will be delivered. Online Bidding Disclaimer: Auction Company utilizes third party bidding platforms (herein “bidding platform”) to facilitate the collection and recording of online bidders. By agreeing to these terms, bidders agree to hold harmless Auction Company and all Bidding Platform providers for technical errors and mistakes that may arise from connectivity issues on the part of the Auction Company and the bidder. Errors may occur. ALL GOLD COINS AND JEWELRY: The Auction Company does not accept credit payment for the purchase of gold coins and any gold jewelry with purchase price over $250. If your invoice includes gold coins or jewelry, you will be required to tender payment by cash, money order or certified check (items are not released until check clears bank), or wire transfer. Online Payment via Credit Card within 12 hours of Auction end. Credit Card on file will be billed within 12 hours. If Credit Card is declined, the buyer will be banned from future online auctions. See terms/conditions for Gold and bills over $1000.
Wildfire Auctions utilizes a third-party shipping provider for all eligible items. Shipping is completed within fourteen (14) business days following the close of the auction and confirmation of cleared payment. A separate shipping and handling invoice will be issued and must be paid within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt. Failure to remit payment within thirty-six (36) hours will constitute abandonment and forfeiture of the items, with no refund issued. Upon transfer of items to the third-party shipping provider, custody and control are relinquished and Wildfire Auctions assumes no further responsibility or liability for loss, damage, delay, or other shipping-related issues. All purchases exceeding $100 will automatically include shipping insurance. In the event an insurance claim is necessary, the buyer agrees to fully cooperate with the claims process, to allow the shipping provider and insurance carrier to complete their investigation, and to accept the final determination and resolution issued by the insurance carrier as binding.
