# McKee Farms Online Auction ## Terms & Conditions 1. **Registration:** All bidders must register and agree to these terms prior to placing bids. 2. **As-Is, Where-Is:** All items are sold **AS IS, WHERE IS**, with no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied. Bidders are encouraged to inspect the equipment prior to bidding. 3. **Inspection:** Preview is available by appointment. Please contact the auction company to schedule an inspection. 4. **Payment:** Payment is due within **48 hours** of the auction closing. Accepted forms of payment include cash, cashier's check, wire transfer, or other approved methods. Personal or company checks may be accepted only with prior approval. 5. **Buyer's Premium:** A **5% Buyer's Premium** will be added to the final bid price. 6. **No Sales Tax:** Sales tax will be collected only if required by applicable Oklahoma law. Buyers claiming an exemption must provide a valid exemption certificate before payment. 7. **Load Out & Removal:** Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removing all purchased items by appointment within the designated removal period. Buyers assume all responsibility for removal and transportation. 8. **Item Descriptions:** Every effort has been made to provide accurate descriptions. However, descriptions are believed to be correct but are not guaranteed. Bidders should rely on their own inspection and judgment. 9. **Bid Increments:** The auction software will determine bid increments and extension rules. 10. **Auction Closing:** This auction features a **soft close**. If a bid is placed during the final minutes of bidding, the closing time for that lot will automatically extend according to the auction platform's settings. 11. **Default:** Failure to pay for purchased items may result in cancellation of the sale, forfeiture of bidding privileges, and any other remedies allowed by law. 12. **Auctioneer's Authority:** The auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bid, resolve bidding disputes, withdraw items prior to the close of bidding, or make announcements that take precedence over printed material.
