Terms and Conditions By participating in this auction, you agree to and accept these terms and conditions. Whether you’re a first-time bidder or a frequent participant, here’s some essential information every auction enthusiast should know. Payments: Once the auction ends, we will immediately process your payment method on file for any items you’ve won. This will include a 16% buyer’s premium and applicable state sales tax. You’ll receive a confirmation email with a copy of your paid invoice. If you’re paying with cash, your invoice will reflect a balance due. All invoices will come from: csmcallen@atxauctions.com. HiBid allows you to store multiple payment cards in your profile. When registering for an auction, you can select which card to use. Cash Buyers: If you prefer to pay with cash, please notify us in advance to prevent your card from being charged. You can email us at csmcallen@atxauctions.com or use the "Contact Auctioneer" feature on any lot. Pickups: Items can only be paid for and picked up once the entire auction has concluded. After the auction ends and invoices are created, you’ll receive an email and/or text message confirming you are a winning bidder. These notifications are typically sent within an hour after the auction ends. Standard message and data rates may apply. You have 10 days after the auction closes to pick up your items. The auction closes on Thursday, and pickups can be made at the BACK DOCK of the warehouse on: • Monday through Friday 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM • Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM We are closed on Sundays. Items not picked up by 5 PM on the Thursday following the auction will be considered abandoned and may be disposed of unless prior arrangements are made. No refunds will be issued for abandoned items. Items not picked up within 10 days of the auction’s close will be disposed of without a refund. Cage Blvd. Suite 104, Pharr, Texas, 78577. • If traveling south on Hwy 281, exit at Owassa Rd., continue on the service road past Minnesota Rd., and turn right after the Boggus Pre-Owned dealership. • If traveling north on Hwy 281, exit at Owassa, make a U-turn under Hwy 281 to head south, continue past Minnesota Rd., and turn right after the Sames Pre-Owned car dealership. No Shipping: This auction is for local bidders who can pick up their items. ATX Auctions McAllen is not responsible for removing items. While we can help transport items from the auction house to your vehicle, we cannot assist with securing or strapping down items due to insurance policies. Item Conditions: We do not control the inventory we receive. Our team carefully inspects items and includes a condition photo as the second image in each listing to indicate the item’s state or packaging condition. Not all items can be inspected visually, but we test functionality whenever possible. Returns and Refunds: We stand by our products and recognize that errors can occur. If we make a mistake in a listing, we will replace the item when possible or issue a refund if necessary. All items come with a 10-day guarantee against misrepresentation or manufacturer defects. However, due to the nature of auctions, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for any other reason. Please ensure the items you bid on meet your requirements for size, color, shape, and model. Email/Text Communication: We value your privacy and avoid sending excessive emails or texts. We’ll only text you to notify you that the auction is closing in one hour or if you’ve won. Emails are infrequent, with newsletters sent just twice a year. By registering, you consent to receiving these communications. Standard message and data rates may apply. Stop/Unsubscribe: Each ATX Auctions location manages its own text and email lists. Your contact information will only be added to the locations where you’ve registered. If you no longer wish to receive communications from a specific location, reply STOP to unsubscribe. To stop receiving messages from all ATX Auctions locations, you must unsubscribe individually from each one. If you’d like to rejoin the text list, simply text McAllen to 289289.
