**TERMS & CONDITIONS – LIVE AUCTION** 1. All bidders must register in person on the day of the auction to receive a bidder number. Valid government-issued photo identification is required. Registration is free. 2. All bidders must use their assigned bidder card to advance bids during the auction. 3. All items are sold **AS IS, WHERE IS** with no warranties, guarantees, or representations of any kind, expressed or implied. Functionality and condition cannot be guaranteed. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items during the preview period prior to bidding. 4. This is an **Absolute Auction.** All goods are sold to the highest qualified bidder with no minimums, reserves, or limiting conditions. 5. All sales are final. Once the Auctioneer declares an item sold, ownership immediately transfers to the winning bidder. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be permitted. Each successful bid is a binding legal contract between the buyer and seller. 6. Payment must be made in full on the day of the auction before any items are removed. Accepted payment methods are cash, debit, and credit card. A 3% fee will be applied to all credit card purchases. **All sales are subject to HST.** 7. All items must be removed from the auction site by 5:00 PM on the day of the auction unless prior arrangements have been made with Moe’s Auction House. Any items left without such arrangements may be deemed abandoned and disposed of at the discretion of Moe’s Auction House without refund. 8. Vehicles and equipment are sold as noted in the lot descriptions. Vehicles will only be started and shown running during the preview period. Vehicles will not be started during the live auction. 9. The Auctioneer’s decision is final in all disputes regarding bids or bidding. The Auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bid and to withdraw any item from the sale at any time. 10. Buyers are responsible for loading, removal, and transportation of all purchases. Government staff will be on site with some tools and equipment to assist with removal; however, buyers should still bring any additional help, tools, and equipment required to complete their own removal. 11. Announcements made by the Auctioneer on the day of the auction take precedence over any printed or advertised material.
