By registering for this auction, you accept and agree to these terms and conditions. If this is your first-time bidding in our auction, or you’re bidding every week, here is some important information every auction enthusiast should know when bidding in our auction. Payments: Immediately after the closing of each auction we will process your payment method on file for any lots you have won. This will include a 17% buyer’s premium and state sales tax. You will receive a confirmation email with a copy of your paid invoice. For any cards that fail to process, email will include a link to make payment or payment can be made in person. Your invoice will come from: noreply@mail.hibid.com. If you do not receive an invoice, please check your junk/spam folder. HiBid gives you the option to store multiple cards in your profile. When registering for each auction you can select the card you would like charged registering for the auction. Pickups and Shipping: Items cannot be paid for or picked up until the auction is complete in its entirety. Once the auction has completed, and the invoices have been created you will receive an emailed copy of your invoice and a text message indicating that you are a winning bidder. You will receive this email and text typically one hour after the auction has concluded. Probid Partners now allows for shipping! Please allow for a week-10 days following the auction for tracking information to be sent out to you. Requests for shipping MUST be submitted via the link provided to you by email/text within the local pickup window in order to be eligible for shipping. Requests not made within that time frame will not be honored and will be considered abandoned. You will be charged an in-house handling fee based on the value of your invoice. The fee will be $5 or 10% of the value of your invoice, whichever is greater. Then there will be an additional fee that we do not control based on the size and weight and the carrier that takes your package. We use Shipping Saint to source the most cost effective carrier for you. You have 10 days after being invoiced to pay for your shipping. If payment is not made within that period your lots will be considered abandoned. NOTICE: We do not ship outside of the United States at this time. Pickup is 9AM-5PM Monday-Saturday. We are closed Sundays. Lots that are not paid for by the end of the pickup period will be considered forfeit and you will be banned from bidding on auctions hosted by Probid Partners, LLC. Under no circumstance will we be issuing a refund for abandoned lots if you do not contact us on or before the listed pickup time. In registering for this auction you agree to not file a chargeback on forfeit goods. It is the bidders responsibility to pickup their won lots within the designated pickup period listed above. We understand that life happens and will do our best to accommodate customers who make arrangements ahead of time for pickup outside of the designated time slots. ***(A Copy of the Bidders/Purchaser ID/DL is required for invoices $500 and up upon pick up)*** ***(If items are being picked up by someone other than the registered bidder, both persons ID/DL will be required upon pick up)*** Late pick-ups will only be allowed at the owners discretion. Please pickup within the allotted 6 days following the respective auction you bid on. All merchandise not picked up by the final(6th) pickup day will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of or resold by ProBid Partners LLC, and no refund will be given. You may make alternate arrangements on an individual basis prior to the close of the auction by emailing probidpartners@gmail.com or by calling 346-539-3708. We are located at 1081 Pruitt Road, Woodlands, Texas 77385.. ProBid Partners LLC is not responsible for removal. We will assist in transporting your items from inside of the auction house to your vehicle only. Due to insurance policies, ProBid Partners LLC employees cannot assist in strapping down or securing items that are transported on the outside of the vehicle. Additionally, Probid Partners, LLC is not responsible for any damages to items after they have left our premises. Customers are welcome to inspect their won lots prior to removal in order to point out any discrepancies for specific lot listings. Item Conditions: We do not have control over what inventory is sent to us. Our staff does their best to inspect each item and verify its condition. Not all items can be visually inspected, and we do test products for functionality when we are able to do so. Food items: Please be aware that any pantry/food items in out auctions may be out of date. We list all best by dates within the descriptions of these lots. We also provide a picture if we can get one that is legible. Boxes or cans may also be missing lids or have dents. Buyer assumes all responsibility and understanding of the product and its condition when bidding. Please be advised that photos used in our lots include some of our own photos taken as descriptors for products as well as stock photos from manufacturers. Please read all descriptions as photos representing multiple styles or amounts of a product do not always reflect what the lot entails. Returns and Refunds: At ProBid Partners LLC we stand by our products. We understand that mistakes happen. Our staff from time to time will miss an important detail when inspecting items. Bid with confidence. We take accountability when we make an error. In the unfortunate circumstance that we do make an error in the listing, we will replace when able or refund when necessary once the item has been returned back to the location of purchase. All items have a 3-day guarantee after the last pickup day against misrepresentation, with the exception of shipped items. Due to this being an auction, we do not return or refund for any other reason. Please ensure that the items you are bidding on are the right size, color, shape, and model you are looking for. Glass, Mirror & Breakable(fragile) Items?:These items are final sale once they leave the warehouse. We strongly encourage inspection at pickup. If an issue is found on-site, we’ll immediately offer a replacement (if available) or refund. NOT WITHSTANDING IF THERE IS A SECTION IN A LOT LISTINGS DESCRIPTION THAT HAS NOTES OR A "NOTES" SECTION BUYERS BID WITH THE UNDERSTANDING THAT ANYTHING WITHIN THESE SECTIONS OVERSHADOWS OTHER ITEMS IN STOCK IMAGES OR THE STOCK DESCRIPTION WRITTEN BELOW. Email/Text: Just like you, we are not fans of junk mail and spam texts. ProBid Partners LLC will not fill your email with junk and text you at the most inconvenient times. We commit to only sending you text messages to remind you that the auction will start to close within one hour and that you are a winner. ProBid Partners LLC emails are few and far between. By registering for our auction, you agree that we can send you text messages and emails. STOP/Unsubscribe: ProBid Partners LLC maintains its own text and email list. If at any time you feel it is too much, reply STOP and you will be removed from the list. HiBid emails are not controlled by ProBid Partners LLC. If you would like to no longer receive emails from HiBid you may make adjustments to your notification and communications in your HiBid account.
