If breaking down a pallet, you must handle both breakdown and loading yourself. Staff are not available to assist with loading. Shipping Information Shipping is available only for select small and medium-sized items. Each lot will clearly indicate whether shipping is offered. Large, oversized, and heavy items, including all furniture are pickup only and will not be shipped. We will ONLY ship to the address on file, please make sure it is correct. All items ship from our Dixon, CA location: 529 North Adams Street, Dixon, CA 95620 Shipping Costs We charge: Actual shipping cost (USPS or UPS) + a flat $5 shipping & handling fee per shipment Packages under 20 lbs will usually ship via USPS, depending on weight, size, and destination. Packages 20 lbs or heavier will usually ship via UPS, depending on what is most appropriate for the package dimensions and cost. Shipping charges are calculated after the auction once items are packed, weighed, and measured. Tracking information will be provided when your order ships to the email on file. Processing Time Orders are typically shipped within 3–5 business days after payment has been received in full. High-volume auction weeks may require additional time. Special Handling Items that require additional protective materials, such as glass, ceramics, fragile collectibles, or irregularly shaped pieces, may incur a small added material cost. We do not ship: Furniture Heavy or oversized items Items marked “Pickup Only” Payment & Invoicing Your credit card on file will be charged for your item(s), shipping cost, and the $5 handling fee. No unpaid invoices will be shipped. All shipping fees are non-refundable. Additional Shipping & Handling Notice A $5 shipping & handling fee will be applied to each shipment to cover packing materials, labor, and processing. We will combine as many items as safely possible into a single box to help you save on shipping costs. If your order requires more than one box, an additional $5 handling fee per extra box will apply, along with the carrier’s actual shipping cost for each box. We always do our best to pack efficiently while ensuring your items arrive safely. Liability & Insurance We pack all items carefully. Once packages are transferred to USPS or UPS, liability for loss or damage rests with the carrier. Insurance is available upon request before packing begins. Payment Policy – Please Read At the close of the auction, the credit card on file will be automatically charged for your total purchase amount. Please ensure that your HiBid.com account has your preferred and current card information before bidding. Sales Policy All Sales Final – No Refunds. No returns or exchanges. All items are sold AS IS. Merchandise is untested customer returns. We do not test or open boxes to check contents. We provide clear, honest descriptions to the best of our ability. Extended Bidding If a bid is placed within the last 2 minutes of an auction: The closing time will automatically extend by 2 minutes. Each additional bid within that period will extend the auction again until no further bids are received. Fees 12% Buyer’s Premium added to all winning bids. 8.375% California Sales Tax applies. Total Price = Winning Bid + 12% Buyer’s Premium + 7.38% Sales Tax Pickup Policy Items must be picked up within 7 days of auction close. After 7 days, items will be forfeited, relisted, and resold without refund. A $25 per item, per day fee applies for late pickups.
