The Auctioneer will not issue you a refund if you are unable to pick up and safely remove your items during the published removal times. Purchaser does hereby indemnify and hold harmless Auctioneer and Seller from any and all damages, claims or liabilities from injuries to persons or property of any type whatsoever caused during the sale or by the removal of items purchased. If need to schedule another pick up date and time there will be a $25 Charge of cash or check to meet. 7. Shipping Shipping is available on certain items. It is at the auctioneers discretion if an item can be shipped. Email or call the auctioneer with the lot number that is wished to be shipped to confirm that item is shippable. All shipping costs are at the winning buyers cost. These shipping costs will be charged to buyer’s credit card and appear on the final invoice. Please contact the auctioneer with shipping requests within 48 hours of the closing of the auction. If the auctioneer is not notified and has not agreed upon shipping, it is the buyers responsibility to pick up the item onsite at the designated pick up times. 8. Internet bidding – Online Auctions Joe Orwig , Auctioneer is providing Internet bidding as a service to the Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly during the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any claim against Joe Orwig, Auctioneer or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the auction. Joe Orwig, Auctioneer will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source.
