Auction Terms & Conditions: Thank you for participating in The Auction Lot LLC Online Only (OLO) Auction. It is important that you read the terms and conditions as all sales are final. The terms of sale are non-negotiable. Bring preferred method of payment to pick up day. If settlement has not been paid by 12pm after final pick up day, your credit card on file will be automatically charged. Winning bidders are required to pay at pick up. Online buyer's premium of 12% will be added to final bid. We accept cash, Business check, debit, or major credit cards. 5% is added to all credit card payments to cover the credit card fee. When required by law and applicable, Indiana sales tax of 7% will be added to purchase price of all taxable items. Payments must be made at pickup, before loading items. THE AUCTION LOT LLC offers shipping on most items for actual shipping cost plus $8 per box (lots will be combined when shipping if possible). ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS OR ADJUSTMENTS WILL BE MADE. - IF PAYMENT HAS NOT BEEN RECEIVED BY THE LAST SCHEDULED PICK UP DAY, IT WILL BE CONSIDERED IN DEFAULT unless other arrangements have been made. Upon default, the bidder may be black listed/blocked from bidding on any future THE AUCTION LOT LLC auctions. All defaulted items may be offered to the next highest qualified bidder or will be resold at the discretion of the THE AUCTION LOT LLC. The bidder agrees to pay all reasonable attorney fees and other costs incurred by THE AUCTION LOT LLC in its efforts to collect unpaid funds from the bidder. All Sales are final, with no refunds. Bidders can assume that all boxes shown are empty or the contents will be shown. If unsure, please ask! Buyers agree not to dispute any credit card charges. While every effort has been made to ensure accuracy in this catalog, we are not responsible for errors, omissions, deletions or additions. Purchasers are advised to attend the scheduled preview to inspect items and to make their own determination of condition. Neither the Auctioneer nor the Consigners shall be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness of, or defect in any lot, and make no warranty in connection therewith. THE AUCTION LOT LLC works as an agent of the seller and has best described auction items to the best of their ability. No allowance will be made or sale set aside on account of incorrectness, error in cataloging, condition or any imperfection. Registration at the auction (online and/or in person) finalizes each bidder's agreement to the terms and conditions of sale as stated in the Contract and any Addenda which are incorporated by reference into your bidding. Do not bid until you have read the terms and conditions. In order to bid in this auction, Bidders must sign up and register to bid through Hibid.com or leave an absentee bid with The Auction Lot LLC. There is no fee to register. By bidding you are representing to THE AUCTION LOT LLC and the seller that you have read and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions for this sale as stated herein. If you do not agree with any of the terms and conditions stated DO NOT BID or you will be bound by those terms and conditions. By bidding you agree to all disclosures. Employees of THE AUCTION LOT LLC are not prohibited from bidding on items. THE SALE WILL BE CONTROLLED BY THE AUCTIONEER PROGRAM: Auctionflex/HiBid LLC. THE AUCTION LOT LLC is not responsible for malfunctions or system errors which cause a bid or bidder to fail to be recognized or registered. According to Indiana state law there are no tie bids. All items will be sold 'AS IS, WHERE IS' with no financing, inspection or other contingencies to sale. THE AUCTION LOT LLC represents the Sellers only and does not inspect properties on bidder's behalf. Buyers must conduct their own due diligence and investigation of each property and must also investigate the suitability of each parcel prior to making a bid and purchase at the auction. Buyers must rely solely upon their own investigation and not any information provided by the Seller or Auctioneer. Failure of a Buyer to be fully informed on the condition of a property will not constitute grounds for any claim adjustment or right to cancel sale. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR BID CANCELLATIONS. AN ONLINE BID ACCEPTED AT PUBLIC AUCTION IS A LEGAL AND BINDING CONTRACT TO PURCHASE. ANY BIDDER WHO FAILS TO CONSUMATE A PURCHASE WILL BE BANNED FROM BIDDING AT ALL FUTURE SELLER AUCTION EVENTS AND MAY BE PURSUED FOR CIVIL AND/OR CRIMINAL VIOLATIONS.
