Representation of items may appear different in person due to variations in lighting and monitor/device settings. Photos and descriptions are to be used as a guideline only. If payment is not received or payment arrangements On or before Pick up day., the buyer forfeits any and all claims to the property, and items will be considered abandoned. Bill Christian Auction Company will not be held liable in the event of Auction Software malfunctions or outages which may result in errors or delays. Invoicing and invoice and payment instructions will be sent to each buyers registered email at the close of the auction. Please read email message completely for payment instructions. Payment must be received at time of checkout and pickup following the conclusion of the auction. Auction items will not be released for pickup until payment is made in full.
