Summer break is finally upon us... I"m looking forward to the extra time to unpack and photo more treasures for your enjoyment as well as spend a little time on my hobbies. But definitely NOT ready for the summer heat! New lots will be added throughout the week so check back often so you don't miss anything! New summer hours will be updated soon, but for now I'm sure everyone will be excited to know that Friday pick up days are back for a limited time! Happy Bidding!
By registering to bid in our auction, you agree to abide by all terms and conditions presented here. 1. The bidder is solely responsible for any and all bids placed from their account, and confirms that they are legally able to enter into such a binding contract. 2. The bidder agrees to pay all shipping costs, or pay for all items and notify the auction of their intent to abandon their purchases without renumeration. (you agree to pay for items even though you will not be recieving them without paying for shipping) 3. The bidder agrees to contact the auction within 5 days of recieving any item that has undisclosed/shipping damage, was inaccurately described, or is missing from the shipment. (it is the sole discretion of the auction management to remedy any issue as they see fit) 4. The bidder agrees to pick up all items within the allotted time frame, or to make alternate arrangements within 3 days of the auction close. 5. The bidder agrees to have fun, and be pleasant in comunications. 6. The bidder is encouraged to like our facebook and instagram pages, and laugh at our videos and posts. (we all could use a little humor)

Payment Terms
Purchases may be paid for in person when picking up or online from Square invoice, zelle, venmo, cashapp or paypal. ***We DO NOT charge cards on file with Hibid automatically.*** If you require shipping, please allow a little time for us to calculate all charges and prepare your final invoice. We will ship your items on Monday if the invoice has been paid before Sunday night. Check your email & spam folder for invoice.
Pickup of auction winnings is Saturday or Sunday following the auction from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM or by appointment on weekdays. Some large items may be at other locations. We will contact you to arrange pickup off site. We charge $5 per box to wrap, pack, and post, plus the actual postage/insurance fees. We use Pirate Ship to save you money and because they have a cool name. Invoices for shipped items will be emailed over the weekend with a follow up text reminder. Please verify that the mailing address is correct when requesting shipping. (Check your spam folder) We ship on Monday for all invoices paid in full by Sunday evening. If you are unsure whether an item will be shipped, please contact us prior to bidding. We cannot control the carrier's charges, but try to keep shipping affordable. Fragile, heavy, or large items are marked No Shipping Contact us if you're interested in items marked NON-Shipable to discuss options.
