Auctioneer will work to accommodate varying internet speeds but is not responsible for the final result of delays. *** SHIPPING & HANDLING *** WE SHIP ACROSS CANADA & USA Cost of carrier shipping PLUS a $10 handling fee per invoice. Items will be shipping out within one - two weeks of auction end. Invoices will be auto-charged as per our Terms & Conditions and all shipping related fees will then be auto-charged as soon as items are ready to be shipped. Items will only be shipped once full payment has been received. We offer shipping on most lots. Shipping costs solely depend on the location & the size and weight of the package. A handling fee of $10 will be added to the shipping cost ( once per whole invoice ). Bidders are advised to consider this before bidding. Shipping costs aren't negotiable, they are determined by the shipping company (Canada Post). All orders will be shipped internally by Motherlode Liquidation and through the most economical option. Shipping can be arranged on request. You can request shipping by adding an auctioneer note upon registration ‘SHIPPING REQUIRED’. The buyer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address, If the address you want your items shipped to is different from the one on your Hibid account, let us know immediately. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes as all shipments require a signature. Upon placing a successful bid the buyer is bound to pay in full both the invoice cost and associated shipping fees. These are non-negotiable and non-refundable. Shipping invoices will be auto-charged prior to sending items, unless payment has already been received by other means. Your card will be auto-charged the shipping fees in a second transaction as soon as your items are ready for delivery. If payment for shipping is not made or does not go through on credit card within one week of receiving settlement items will be forfeited and no refunds will be issued. (settlements are send out post auction close or the following morning, if you do no receive yours check "JUNK" or "SPAM' folder in your emails). Shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will be automatically processed to the credit card on file. Duty fees may apply on international shipments, these may be charged separately and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
