This auction includes items from a home of 5o plus years and Ridge Crest Liquidators & Auctioneers is proud to have been chosen by the family to liquidate the assets by public online auction. In this auction you will find numerous items from the Mid Century era including glassware, household items, novelties, kitchenwares and more. Many pieces still in original boxes and never used. You will also find numerous vintage sports and advertising ball caps, new small appliances, University of Michigan items, Detroit Tigers items, Major League baseball items, Babe Ruth collectibles, Salt & Pepper Shaker collection, Snoopy & Red Baron items and much more. Public Open House for this Auction will be Tuesday June 2nd from 4pm until 7pm. All other times are by appointment only. Auction Terms & Conditions Special Auction Terms: For this auction we fully reserve the right ot pause bidding, end bidding early or cancel all bids. This is to accomodate for power outages, internet connectivity, equipment failure, and any other unforseen reason beyond our control. Auction Terms & Conditions: By successfully registering for this auction you state that you agree to all stated terms and conditions of this auction. Everything is sold AS IS Where Is without any warranty implied or expressed. Bidders are responsible for determining condition, functionality and value. Descriptions for each item are based on our best knowledge of the product and are not to be considered a guarantee or promise of condition or functionality. There are lots in this auction that can be shipped (as noted on each lot) however we ask you call first to verify that lots you wish to bid on can be shipped if you need. Please review shipping terms for more detailed shipping information. All lots must be paid for and pick up by Friday June 5th at 4:00 pm without exception. Buyers are responsible for paying for and retrieveing their items from auction location of Ridge Crest Liquidators & Auctioneers 80839 Main Memphis, MI 48041 during posted pick up times without exception. Any invoice not paid by the end of scheduled pick up times will have thier invoice total including all fees charged to the credit card you have on file. Buyer will be given 7 days to make pick up arrangements or the items will be considered abandoned and resold for storage fees. If payment has not been made or other arrangements have not been made by Friday May 5th, 2026 @ 4:00pm, or the card you have on file is declined, your account will be blocked from future bidding until all open invoices have been satisfied including a $35 reinstatement fee. This policy is strictly followed. Payments may be made with Cash, Local in State Checks, Visa, Mastercard and Discover (4% fee for all credit card transactions.). All items must be paid for in full before removed from auction location. There is a 10% Buyer's Premium in effect for this auction as well as 6% MI Sales Tax. Payment forms accepted are Cash, Local in State Checks, Visa, Mastercard and Discover. (There is a 4% fee for paying by credit card.) Payments must be made by 4:00pm Fri May 5th, 2026. All out of state bidders will automatically have invoices sent directly to the shipping department at the end of the auction unless otherwise specified by the bidder. In state bidders who require shipping must contact us before Friday May 5th at 4pm and request shipping. Once orders have been packed and shipping calculated the amount will be added to bidder's invoice and total amount for invoice will be charged to the bidder's credit card on file. We do our best to have all shipping orders completed by the Tuesday following the Auction end date. - Ammunition may only be shipped by UPS Ground Transportation and ONLY to the continental US No Exceptions. - Firearms are shipped to valid FFL dealers only and only shipped by priority mail or USPS Ground Advantage with Adult Sig required. - We do not ship any items that have, or have had liquid or gas fuels in them. This includes lanterns, stoves, heaters, fuel cans or tanks, etc. - We do not ship anything with possibly hazardous chemicals. This includes thermometers or themostats that contain mercury. - We reserve the right to refuse to ship any lot in our auction. Again please call first to verify that the lots you are interested in can be shipped. If you bid on a lot that cannot be shipped you are still responsible for the payment of that lot. - We ship USPS Ground Advantage, Priority Mail or UPS Ground. We do not ship Fed Ex. Shipping is calculated by adding actual shipping cost plus a fee of $5.00 to $15.00 (more only if need for packing materials) depending on the size and type of package and materials needed to ship your items safely. All invoices Over $50 will have insurace added automatically unless buyer notifies us that they do not want insurance.
