BUYER'S PREMIUM An 18% Buyer's Premium will be added to the final bid price of each item. Applicable Washington State Sales Tax will also be charged unless the bidder provides a valid reseller permit prior to payment. BIDDING CONTRACT By placing a bid, the bidder enters into a legally binding contract to purchase the item if they are the winning bidder. Failure to honor a winning bid may result in account suspension, reporting to HiBid, legal collection for unpaid balances, and permanent loss of bidding privileges. PAYMENT By registering for this auction, you authorize Washington Estate Liquidation LLC to charge the credit card on file for purchases made. The credit card on file may be charged immediately at the close of the auction unless other arrangements have been approved in advance. Full payment must be completed no later than the end of the scheduled pickup window. Accepted payment methods include: - Major Credit Cards - Cash - Zelle - Venmo - CashApp - Bank Money Orders - Wire Transfers (when required) All online payment methods must match the name of the registered HiBid bidder unless approved by Washington Estate Liquidation LLC. Personal checks are not accepted without prior approval. CHARGEBACK POLICY By registering for this auction, the bidder agrees not to initiate a credit card chargeback for any reason. Any disputes must be resolved directly with Washington Estate Liquidation LLC. ITEM CONDITION All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS. No guarantees are made regarding condition, completeness, authenticity, age, or working order. PICKUP / REMOVAL Buyers are responsible for removing their items from the auction site. Pickup dates and times will be provided via email and are also listed within each auction. FAILURE TO PICK UP ITEMS Items not picked up during the scheduled pickup window will be considered abandoned property unless prior arrangements have been made. A minimum $20 per item disposal fee may be charged to the credit card on file. Large items sized 24" X 24" or Larger are subect to a minimum $100 Disposal Fee that will be charged to the credit card on file. SHIPPING POLICY Shipping is available for select items only. $10 handling fee per box plus actual shipping costs. Shipping may take up to 21 days depending on auction volume and availability. Washington Estate Liquidation LLC does NOT ship large or oversized items in-house. Large items may be delivered to Postal & More (https://www.postalandmore.com) if the buyer arranges shipping in advance. Shipping estimates can be obtained at https://www.postalandmore.com/estimate/ Washington Estate Liquidation LLC may deliver large items to Postal & More for a minimum $20 handling fee per invoice. Buyers must pay Washington Estate Liquidation LLC in full before items are transported. Items will ONLY be shipped to the address on file with the bidder's HiBid account. Washington Estate Liquidation LLC reserves the right to decline shipping on any item at our discretion. LEGAL JURISDICTION These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes shall be handled in Skagit County, Washington.
