The item description is to be used for reference only. It is your responsibility to come look vehicles over BEFORE YOU BID. Failure to satisfy yourself before placing bids will not become the auctioneers, employees of Ball Auction INC, or HiBids responsibility. All items are sold AS IS.
TITLE WORK:
We will provide you with a 60-day temporary tag. Must have valid insurance. We recommend getting a temp tag as title work for WV residents can take up to 8-10 weeks to complete!

State tax - 6% of purchase price

Title Print - $15.00
60 Day Temp Tag - $25

Out of state residents:

By registering for a bidder number you accept and agree to the terms and conditions of this user agreement.
-Auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw any items at any time before the sale ends.
Payment information:
-A 10% buyers premium will be added to all goods as part of the purchase price.
-Cash, check, & Credit Cards are accepted (4% surcharge added to all Credit Cards)
-A $45 fee will be added to all NSF checks. .

-Everything is sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, and with no written or implied warranties.
The auctioneer nor its consignor will be responsible for the description, authenticity, genuineness, provenance, or condition of the property.
-It is your responsibility to preview the vehicles and their condition prior to bidding.
-Any condition statement that is given is a courtesy to the client... Please satisfy yourself.
-All items must be paid in full before removal.
