Description
PLEASE NOTE: Many lots are 'times the amount'. If you are unaware of what that means; there are multiples of the same item in the lot and your bid is 'times' the amount of items in that lot. NC Liquidations and GI Joe's Surplus present a huge Spring Clean-Out of Multiple Restaurant, Bar, Coffee Houses; which include many numerous vintage lots, to include glass, china, and utensils. In addition, numerous military and anime items and lots. Lots to be added up to auction start. Check if the lot you are interested in is able to be shipped. Please be aware we wil ship most China; however, it will be expensive due to packing and eventual box sizes. All items shipped insured.

All Items sold 'as is/where is' with any defects and discrepancies (noted when observed). NC Liquidations, LLC highly recommends in person inspection (by appointment only). We will attempt to identify any discrepancies; however, can not see/identify all. Any item may be subject to sale prior to auction close. NC Liquidations, LLC reserves the right to pull any lot at any time (even if a bid has been placed), for any reason. If your credit card is declined, you may received ONE additional email with a link for payment. If this bill is not paid within 24 hours, your lot(s) may be offered to next bidder, donated, or returned to inventory entirely at our discretion. ALL bidders will receive an email from 'Shipping Saint' with a link to request shipping or pick-up. Specific pick-up times must be adhered to, there is no 'drop-in' pick up. Most Shipping done in-house. Any large or fragile item MAY be taken to local postal shipping company who will contact you with shipping/packing/handling costs. Shipping costs (whether in-house or not) are in addition to the auction lot costs. Any items to be shipped that does not have shipping paid for within 3 days of receiving shipping invoice, may be offered to next bidder, donated, or returned to inventory entirely at our discretion, with NO refund of any funds already paid. NO SHIPPING OUTSIDE US. NOTE: We do NOT have access to your CC information for shipping. We require all coorespondence re: the auction, your won items, discrepancies, etc; be conducted by email, text, or both (no phone calls will be accepted for lot discussion). This ensures a 'paper trail' for any issues, and prevents any 'he said/she said' discrepancies. NC Liquidations, LLC, has final say on any bidding discrepancy to include (but not limited to), auction site outage, multiple bids from different sites/live, and/or bidding discrepancies. 20% BP, & NC tax collected unless tax forms onfile PRIOR to auction close. Stating you are a 'reseller' or have a 'tax form' is not evidence, nor accepted to remove tax.
In-House & Outside Shipping or Local Pick Up Available. NOTE: We may contract to outside sources for shipping of extremely fragile and/or large items (entirely at our discretion). By bidding on the auction, the buyer is aware of/and accepts the terms of the outside shipper to include their packing and shipping expenses. Pick-up, ONLY ONE DAY PICK UP Friday (following auction end), BY APPOINTMENT ONLY (NO EXCEPTIONS, many items may be stored in our off-site warehouse and need to be retrieved). S/H fee charged on all shipped items. Any lot not fully paid for within 3 days of close of auction OR where payment was declined may be forefeited. We DO NOT automatically re-run your credit card. If your payment is declined, you may lose the item. Any item to be shipped and/or not picked up within the specified days/time frame may be forefeited, donated, and/or sold to next highest bidder with no further notice and/or refunds.
