Preview Date/Time Preview will be Tuesdays 10am-5pm, and Fridays from 9am-12pm. Firearms are only available for preview the day of the auction.
Checkout Date/Time Pick-ups can be made at the in person Auction or Tuesday March 10th from 10am-5pm. Winning bidders can come to pick up their items any time during the pick up window. You must bring your own loading help, boxes, supplies, etc. THERE IS NO OTHER PICK UP DAY!

1) All items are sold in as is where is condition. We will do our best to let you know of any flaws with the items, but they are sold as is where is. No returns, refunds, exchanges, or warranties. Assume all items are untested unless they specifically state they are tested. 2) Preview will be Tuesdays from 10am-5pm, and Fridays from 9am-12pm. The schedule for preview may vary with the holidays. Guns will only be available for preview the day of the auction. 3) We will attempt to ship most anything in House but are not professional packers. If you would like professional 3rd party shipping please request it and we will transfer your items to Jeffs Packaging in Kilmarnock for a $10 fee. Any in house shipping invoices not paid within 30 days of being sent will be deemed abandoned. Please allow up to 2 weeks to receive a shipping invoice for in house shipping. We are an auction company not a shipping company. We do not handle any shipping requests or inquiries over phone everything must be emailed to bigredhibid@gmail.com. Any shipping claims for damaged items should be taken up directly with USPS as all packages are insured. 4) Please plan on picking up items during the designated pick up time. 5) Pick ups will be at Big Red Auctions Warehouse and Gallery at 488 N Main St Kilmarnock, VA 22482 The day of the Auction or Tuesday March 10th from 10am-5pm. You may come anytime during the pick up day. 6) This auction will use Currency Pay which will automatically charge your credit card after the auction for any won items. If you would like to pay with cash or check at pick up please contact Brad before the auction ends. 7) Sales Tax applies please make sure your tax ID number is on file if you are exempt. 8) Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns Happy Bidding and Have Fun! 9) The buyer premium for this auction is 15%. There is no additional credit card fee. 10) Items not Picked up will be deemed abandoned there is no other pick up day. 11) All bids are final. Bids cannot be removed, changed, or lowered once place. Payments will be done with currency pay and charged to the credit card you registered with. If you would like to be a cash customer please contact us before the end of the auction.
Pick up will be at Big Reds in Kilmarnock. Buyers are responsible for unhooking, and removing all items safely from the property. Buyers must bring all tools, supplies, boxes, and help needed to do so. We will attempt to ship most anything in House but are not professional packers.
