Gunpowder, primers, or loaded ammunition will ship via UPS. Hazard material charges may apply. Firearms will ship either USPS or UPS at OAC's option. Firearms will receive shipping priority. This is a large auction. Please allow up to 10 business days to ship all orders. All lots sold as is where is. We have made every effort to verify quantities and descriptions based on seller's information and other information sources, however, there may be minor discrepancies, and these will not be considered material. All local sales subject to the completion of a background check per federal law. Out of town purchasers must provide a copy of the receiving FFL license and complete payment prior to shipping. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the firearm they purchase is legal to own in their state. There will be no refunds for firearms that cannot be shipped due to state restrictions.
