Behind Street Side 62 Restaurant Located: Clemens Road, 1 mile south of US 22, 1.5 miles west of New Holland, 6.5 miles east of Washington C.H. Zoned Agriculture under Fayette County Plan. Annual Taxes $2,775 per year. County parcel #s 12001700001400 & 12001700001500 Good level tract farmland fronting 1312 feet on Clemens Road, of which 660 feet is woods frontage. Approximately 85 acres tillable of which 32.33 acres are in CRP program until 2036 and 1.7 acres are in Quail Buffer which expires in 2027. Soils are 48% Brookston (black) mostly in tillable acreage.
