Your invoice will include: • Winning bid amount • 15% Buyer’s Premium (HiBid auction platform fee) • Applicable sales tax (see Tax section below) • Shipping charges, if applicable Accepted Payment Method: • Credit or debit card on file only • Your card will be charged automatically after the auction closes • No cash, checks, payment plans, or partial payments accepted If payment fails, buyers have 24 hours to update payment information. Unpaid invoices may result in item forfeiture and bidding restrictions. -------------------------------------------------- SALES TAX -------------------------------------------------- • California sales tax (8.75%) applies to all LOCAL PICKUP orders. • Shipped orders are NOT charged California sales tax, as items leave the state. Sales Tax Exemption: Buyers with a valid California resale certificate must email it to support@californiabinstore.com BEFORE bidding for approval. Pickup Address: 706 A Ave, National City, CA 91950 Winning Item Pickup Days & Hours: Pickup Day 1: Sunday— 10AM to 5PM Pickup Day 2: Monday— 10AM to 5PM Pickup Day 3: Tuesday— 10AM to 5PM Pickup Day 4: Saturday— 10AM to 5PM Pickup must be completed by Saturday by 4:00 PM Items must be picked up within this window. • Items not picked up by the final pickup day are considered abandoned and forfeited with no refund. • No storage or late pickups are offered. • Buyers are responsible for loading and transporting their own items. • A paid invoice and valid photo ID are required at pickup. -------------------------------------------------- SHIPPING POLICY -------------------------------------------------- Shipping is available within the continental United States (lower 48 states). We do NOT ship to: • Alaska • Hawaii • Puerto Rico • U.S. territories • APO/FPO or military addresses • P.O. Boxes Shipping Terms: • Buyers requesting shipping must email support@californiabinstore.com immediately after the auction closes. • Shipping costs are calculated per lot and added to the invoice before the card on file is charged. • Items typically ship within 2-4 business days after payment is completed. • Shipping fees are non-refundable once an item has shipped. If a buyer’s shipping address falls within an excluded location, the sale may be cancelled or the buyer may be required to arrange local pickup. -------------------------------------------------- ITEM DETAILS & CONDITION -------------------------------------------------- This auction consists of individual liquidation items sourced from major U.S. retailers and distributors like Amazon. Descriptions and photos are provided to the best of our ability, but all items are sold AS IS / WHERE IS, with no guarantees on condition, completeness, or functionality. Listings include photos and basic descriptions. By registering and bidding, buyers agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment reversals.
