Terms & Conditions: ~ We are not responsible for accidents. ~ All bidders must be registered and receive a bid number. Driver's license or proper identification is required. ~ All items are AS IS! All Sales are Final!! Warranties or Guarantees are neither expressed or implied on any items. Bidder shall be sole judge of value. ~ Items must be paid for WITHING 10 DAYS OF END OF AUCTION. ~ Cards on file WILL be charged if items are not picked up during specified time period (2 days following closing of auction.) ~ Items not picked up or arrangements made during specified time period will be property of Cedar Valley Property Solutions. ~ Shipping is available on smaller items upon request. We charge a $7.50/box handling fee per order + cost of shipping through USPS, UPS or FedEx. We insure our packages for the paid value however the buyer is responsible to file a claim if item is damaged in shipping. ~ Items can be brought back to Charles City from any on site auction for a small fee (call for more info) ~ Buyers outside the U.S. must arrange for their own shipping! ~ A 15% in house buyer's premium will be applied to final sale, NOT to exceed $1,000.00 per lot. A 3% convenience fee will be applied to credit card transactions. ~ Payment will be cash, good check or Debit/Credit Card. A $30 Return check fee plus collection fee will be applied to all bad checks. ~ ANY Titled/Registered Vehicle MUST be paid for before receiving title. If payment is made in cash title will be given immediately. If payment with Check or Card we will retain possession of title for 10-14 days. ~ Once the auctioneer declares an item sold , responsibility for that item lies with the buyer! ~ Cedar Valley Property Solutions does NOT restrict it's employees or officers from participating in the auctions. ~ Announcements at the time of sale take precedent. ~ Auctioneer has the right to refuse or accept any & all opening bids. ~ There are 15 security cameras in place inside & outside of this facility.
