We will contact you to set up an appointment to meet in Allentown. 1) PAYMENT: Invoices will be emailed following the completion of the auction. Once sale is over, if you won any items your card will be charged unless otherwise requested. Unless you have specifically indicated that you wish to pay in cash (PRIOR TO THE AUCTION START) your card WILL be CHARGED. Checks are only accepted IN PERSON, please make checks payable to our parent company (Searchlight Auction). Mailed checks will NOT be recognized. Everything will be paid for through HiBid by credit card, a 15% buyers premium and 3% credit card fee is applied to all purchases. If items are bid on and you did not read the terms and conditions and do not pick the items within a week of the closing of the sale, your item(s) will be RESOLD and the proceeds will be kept as storage fees. 2) PICKUP: Won Items can be picked up by appointment only at address given to winners only in Allentown at a private residence. You will receive a link to schedule your pickup via Shippingsaint.com, sign up for a time slot to pick up your won items or to have them shipped. Pick ups will be select days following the auction. ALL ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP ON THE SCHEDULED DAYS! Furniture will be located on the ground floor. BRING YOUR OWN LABOR! We cannot always help with loading furniture. (Furniture buyers are welcome to call 610-216-2011 for other options.) If you select shipping, with the intent to pick up at our warehouse on Union you will be charged a transport fee! This fee will be dependend upon how many items will need transport and the time it takes you to pick up your items. This fee could be anywhere from $5-50! There is NO shipping on furniture unless you make the arrangements, we can recommend a shipper to you. When in doubt call before bidding! This charge is determined by the size of your purchase and can range from $5.00-25.00. It the bidder's responsibility to determine condition and usefulness of the items purchased. We attempt to be accurate and describe all times to the best of our knowledge. Many times we rely on information from the consigner. If you have any questions regarding an item in this auction please call or email us. Authenticity: Though all descriptions are believed to be correct, neither auction house nor seller make any warranties of any kind with respect to any item in this auction.
