1) PAYMENT: Invoices will be emailed following the completion of the auction. Once sale is over, if you won any items your card will be charged unless otherwise requested. Unless you have specifically indicated that you wish to pay in cash (PRIOR TO THE AUCTION START) your card WILL be CHARGED. Checks are only accepted IN PERSON, please make checks payable to our parent company (Searchlight Auction). Mailed checks will NOT be recognized. Everything will be paid for through HiBid by credit card, a 15% buyers premium and 3% credit card fee is applied to all purchases, plus any sales taxes that apply. If items are bid on and you did not read the terms and conditions and do not pick the items within a week of the closing of the sale, your item(s) will be RESOLD and the proceeds will be kept as storage fees. If the purchaser has not paid for an item within 10 business days after the sale date, SLA will treat the purchaser as in default and rescind the sale.
2) PICKUP: Won Items can be picked up by appointment only at address given to winners only at 1801 Union Blvd You will receive a link to schedule your pickup via Shippingsaint.com, sign up for a time slot to pick up your won items or to have them shipped. Pick ups will follow the aution, times will be posted on Shippingsaint.com. (Furniture buyers are welcome to call 610-216-2011 for other options.) If your items are not picked up withing 2 weeks they will be considered abandoned and payment will be kept for storage and restocking fees.
BRING YOUR OWN LABOR for moving furniture! We cannot always help with loading furniture.
There is NO shipping if furniture unless you make the arrangements, we can recommend a shipper to you. When in doubt call before bidding! If items are bid on and you did not read the terms and conditions and do not pick the items within a week of the closing of the sale, your item(s) will be RESOLD and the proceeds will be kept as storage fees.
3) SHIPPING: Smaller items can be shipped for an additional handling fee, shipping is mostly done in house. Please select shipping from the Shippingsaint.com link to be put into the Queue.
4)Items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS. It the bidder's responsibility to determine condition and usefulness of the items purchased. We attempt to be accurate and describe all times to the best of our knowledge. Many times we rely on information from the consigner. If you have any questions regarding an item in this auction please call or email us.
Authenticity: Thought all descriptions are believed to be correct, neither auction house nor seller make any warranties of any kind with respect to any item in this auction. In no event shall auction house or seller be held responsible for implying any warranty of description, genuineness, authorship, attribution, provenance, period, culture, source origin, fitness for a particular purpose, condition, etc. All weights and measurements are approximate. Items descriptions may be gerated in part using artificial intelligence. While efforts have been made to ensure accuracy, bidders are encourages to verify details and attend any available previews. All items sold as-is.
5) All sales are final! There are no returns or right of refusal! All bids will be considered a binding agreement by PA law. In case of technical difficulties, the auctioneer has the right to postpone and or extend auction to another date and or time

Invoices will be sent upon completion of the auction. All accounts will be paid in full via credit card through HiBid. 15% buyers premium, 3% fee for credit card, 6% state sales tax for PA residents unless provided with current state sales tax exemption certificate
If you wish to pay with a check or cash (please bring exact amount due) you must contact us via email PRIOR to the auction close time, you will not be charged the credit card 3% processing fee. Any credit cards that are declined will be reprocessed the next day. If unable to process, cash or check will be required at pick up time or before shipping process begins. If the purchaser has not paid for an item within 10 business days after the sale date, SLA will treat the purchaser as in default and rescind the sale.
There are Categorically no charge backs. Chargebacks will be met with the fullest extent of the law, and it is understood that if you are bidding in this auction you are bidding with the understanding that everything is AS IS. There are NO exceptions and ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Shipping / Pick Up
PICKUP YOUR ITEMS at 1801 Union Blvd. If your items are not picked up withing 2 weeks they will be considered abandoned and payment will be kept for storage and restocking fees.
Schedule your pick up using the Shippingsaint.com link that will be sent to winners only via email. If you are picking up furniture, bring your own labor and supplies for moving. All furniture will be on the loading dock. Scheduled pick ups by appointment times will be posted on Shippingsaint.com
There is shipping available for smaller items but NO shipping for furniture. Shipping is done mostly in house and will begin after all pick ups are complete. For furniture or other large items, we recommend using UShip or an independent shipper, call for more details. When in doubt call before bidding! If items are bid on and you did not read the terms and conditions and do not pick the items, your item(s) will be RESOLD and the proceeds will be kept as storage fees.
If a bidder refuses to remit payment for shipping—whether by failing to respond after receiving a shipping quote or by notifying us that they will not pay—the purchase will be forfeited. Any monies paid will be retained as a restocking fee. We are always happy to work with buyers and, when possible, will adjust packing material and labor costs to help reduce shipping expenses. Buyers may opt to pay the packing and labor fee and then provide their own prepaid shipping label. However, refusing to pay shipping and requesting a full refund is not an option.
