PAYMENTS: A 20% buyer's premium will be charged to all sales. Gems and jewelry listed are described based on information supplied by others. We make no guarantees, warranties, or representations regarding their accuracy, authenticity, or value. Credit Card will be charged automatically at the end of the auction. Payments by credit card will be charged an additional 3 % credit card fee. Bidder waves the right to dispute, chargeback or deny payment made with a credit card. Any declined credit card payments will have 48 hours from email notification of the declined status to contact the office, 865-357-5004 and pay with a valid credit card. A $30.00 decline fee will be enforced, no matter what the reason the card was declined. Sales tax will be collected unless noted and as required by state and local laws. If you have a sales tax resale certificate, it is your responsibility to provide documentation prior to the start of the sale. Chema's makes every effort to provide accurate information about the items being sold. Chema's is not responsible for incorrect description, authenticity, or defect in any lot. Chema's nor its client(s) will not assume responsibility for buyer's bidding error(s). It is the buyer's responsibility to confirm the accuracy of items offered for sale. Description and photos are a guide only. Chema's is willing to send more pictures from different angles and answer any questions. If you are in doubt about an item, bid accordingly.
PICKUP & SHIPPING: All pickup is at the location where the items are sitting. Chema's will not accept cancellations for any reason, no refunds will be given. Buyer is responsible for all costs associated with taking possession of the items at his/her own expense and removing from the site. The items will be deemed abandoned, and possession will revert to Chema's if the buyer fails to remove purchase within 14 days of auction ending, without further notice to buyer. Shipping is available on most items. Contact Chema's prior to pick up day if shipping is needed. Contact us prior to bidding with any questions pertaining to shipping. If you are a resident of TN please advise if you would like your items shipped. If a buyer bids on a lot(s) marked NO SHIPPING, it will not be shipped. And the buyer will still be responsible for paying for those lot(s). If the buyer refuses to pay the shipping costs, Chema's will NOT refund purchases for any reason. Chema's has the discretion on which shipping method will be used, USPS or UPS. The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges including insurance and/or signature upon delivery if Chema's deems it necessary. The buyer will also be charged a minimum $5.00 handling fee.
