MIKE RICE AUCTIONS & WHOLESALE ONLINE AUCTION – TERMS & CONDITIONS By registering and bidding in this online auction, you (“Buyer”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions set forth by Mike Rice Auctions & Wholesale (“Auctioneer”). A LL FIREARMS MUST BE PICKED UP FROM THE ROCK HOUSE GUN & PAWN IN MERIDIAN AND A $35 TRANSFER FEE WILL BE PAID DIRECTLY TO THEM AND YOU MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK. 1. ONLINE BIDDING This is an online-only auction conducted via high bid wins. All bids are legally binding. Bidders are responsible for monitoring their bids until the auction closes. The Auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bid or bidder at their discretion. 2. BUYER’S PREMIUM A 10% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the final high bid to determine the total purchase price. 3. PAYMENT TERMS Payment is due within 24 hours of auction close unless otherwise stated. Accepted forms of payment include: Credit / Debit Card Cash (if applicable) A 3.5% credit card processing fee will be added to all credit/debit card transactions. Failure to pay may result in loss of bidding privileges and forfeiture of items. 4. SALES TAX Applicable state and local sales tax will be charged unless a valid resale or tax-exempt certificate is on file prior to bidding. 5. ITEM CONDITION All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied. Descriptions and photos are believed to be accurate but are not guaranteed. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to inspect items and ask questions prior to bidding. 6. PICKUP Buyers are responsible for pickup of items at the designated time and location provided after the auction. Items not picked up within the specified timeframe may be considered abandoned and resold, with no refund. 7. SHIPPING Shipping is available on select items only. Shipping availability will be noted in the item description. Buyer is responsible for all shipping, handling, and insurance costs. Items will not be shipped until full payment has been received. 8. DEFAULT If a Buyer fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions, the Auctioneer reserves the right to: Cancel the sale Resell the item Recover damages, including storage and administrative fees Ban the Buyer from future auctions 9. DISPUTES Any disputes shall be resolved according to the laws of the State of Mississippi. Venue for any legal action shall be in Lauderdale County, Mississippi. 10. AUCTIONEER RIGHTS Mike Rice Auctions & Wholesale reserves the right to: Withdraw items prior to closing Extend bidding times Correct errors in listings or bidding Refuse service to anyone 11. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS By placing a bid, the Buyer acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms & Conditions of this auction.
