Any purchaser who wants their items shipped (when shipping is available) must pay by E-transfer/wire transfer. OFF-SITE AUCTIONS: Off-site auctions are all auctions not held at the Great West Auction Building, 4066 Brigden Road, Petrolia, ON. All items must be picked up for off-site auctions. If winning bidder is unable to pickup at the site and needs items brought back to Great West Auction for later pickup, it must be arranged in advance, if/when the service is available. There will be a $20-$75 transportation fee per lot. Not all items are able to be transported by our staff, and this service is not always available. Failure to pickup or make alternate arrangements will result in removal fees and it will become property of Great West. FAILURE TO PAY: Any bidder who has a winning bid and fails to pay, not respond to calls and/or emails will be banned from bidding in future auctions.
