We try our best to take pictures to show the condition and put in the description anything we notice but may not catch everything. 15% buyers premium applied to all bids. 6.5% FL sales tax unless you have a tax exempt form on file. 3% fee if paying with card. Local Pickup only. We do not ship. You have 7 days to pick up your lots. Account will be deactivated for failure to pay/pickup. $5 per day per lot storage fee will be applied to any invoice if picked up after seven days. If a lot has to be re-auctioned for failure to pay there will be a $100 fee per lot to have account reopened. Any lot paid for and not picked up within 7 days will be considered abandoned and resold with no refund.
