* All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. * All descriptions are believed accurate but not guaranteed. * Bidder inspection is highly encouraged. * By placing a bid, Bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. Further, the Bidder is not relying upon any statement (verbal or written) made by the Auctioneer, any representative of the auction company, or the Consignor as it relates to the condition of the item. * We reserve the right to reject any bid at our sole discretion. * All times provided are Mountain Standard Time (MST). * Wyoming sales tax of 5% will be added to all transactions unless they are titled vehicles, or the bidder has proper documentation of tax exemption. * Buyer's premium rate of 10% will be charged to all transactions. * There are NO additional surcharges or convenience fees. * We automatically charge your card that you registered with initially. Cash, alternate credit and debit cards, or other certified funds are all accepted if arranged with the auctioneer. * WE ARE NOT A STORAGE COMPANY. All items must be paid for and picked up during the Checkout Times listed unless otherwise previously arranged with the Auctioneer. If Bidder fails to make arrangements for pick-up and/or payment (that is acceptable to Auctioneer) prior to the end of Checkout, the Auctioneer has the sole discretion to charge the bidder or void the transaction entirely. Items not paid for by 4:00p.m. (MST) on November 30, 2025, will be charged an additional $10 or 2% of the total amount owed (whichever is greater) per day until paid in full, starting and including December 1st, 2025. Items not claimed by Bidders by the end of the auction pick-up period, unless otherwise arranged, will be charged a separate $30 or 2% of the total amount owed (whichever is greater) handling and storage fee per day. ALL ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP by Friday, 4:00p.m. December 12th, 2025. If the Bidder fails to pick up their items by the end of day on the 12th, the item(s) will be disposed of by the auction company and NO REFUNDS will be given for the purchases or any additional fees which were incurred for failing to obtain items. * It is the responsibility of the buyer to contact the Auctioneer to make any special arrangements. It is solely at the descretion of the Auctioneer as to whether special arrangements for pick-up are acceptable. * Shipping will be available. We will work with hauling companies to arrange pick-ups. We will not make the arrangements for bidders, that will be their responsibility. Bidders simply need to relay our phone and email to the hauler and we will arrange matters on the receiving end. If an item requires a buyer to be of a minimum age, an ID will be required at pick-up for verification.
