**BY PLACING A BID, BIDDER CERTIFIES THAT THEY HAVE READ AND WILL ABIDE BY ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS STATED BELOW.
**IT IS THE BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO UNDERSTAND ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS PRIOR TO BIDDING.
BUYER MUST BRING YOUR OWN HELP FOR LOADING AND WHATEV ER ITEMS YOU NEED FOR HAULING AND CARRYING YOUR ITEMS.
IF NOT PICKED UP, ITEM WILL BE RESOLD.

BUYERS PREMIUM: 10% Buyers premium ($1.00 min/lot) Lots $1.00 to $10.00 will be charged $1.00 after $10.00 will be 10% Buyers Premium. 5.5% Sales Tax
**ITEMS SOLD "AS IS, WHERE IS"
All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with no warranty or guarantees, expressed or implied, by the seller or Lieber & Burcham Auction. Bidders accept all auction items/property "WITH ALL FAULTS", whether or not immediately apparent. It is strongly recommended that bidders thoroughly inspect items before placing a bid. Items are described as accurately as possible, but do not represent any guarantee by the seller or Lieber & Burcham Auction.
By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have inspected the item to their satisfaction.
**PICTURES & ITEM DESCRIPTIONS:
Multiple photos will be included in item descriptions whenever possible; however, photos may or may not fully represent the item. Lighting, surroundings and other factors can affect the perception of an item in a photo; therefore, all bidders are responsible for their own personal inspection of the item(s) before placing a bid. Photos and descriptions are to be used as a guideline only.
**EMAIL
By agreeing to our terms and conditions, bidders agree to opt-in to each list. Email or mail recipiants may opt-out at any time.
**AUCTION SOFTWARE:
Lieber & Burcham Auction will not be held liable for any software or software malfunction discrepancies.
**INVOICING:
An invoice and payment instructions will be sent to each buyers registered email at the close of the auction.
Out of State Buyers will be sent a Invoice for Payment.
Please read email message completely for PAYMENT & PICKUP INSTRUCTIONS/LOCATION.
Contact us at (712) 259-4066 if you do not receive an invoice from us within 24 hours of the auction.
Payment must be received at time of checkout and pickup following the conclusion of the auction.
If payment is not received or payment arrangements made within 48 Hours after the conclusion of the auction, the buyer will lose all right, title and interest to the item(s), including any and all moneys.
Auction items will not be released for pickup until payment is made in full.
FAILURE to comply with these terms will prohibit bidder from participating in future live or on-line auctions conducted by Lieber & Burcham Auctions.
**ITEM PICKUP:
Removal and/or transportation of item(s) won on auction shall be at the expense, liability and risk of the buyer. Any Items not removed at the alotted checkout time, unless arrangements have been made and agreed upon by seller, will be considered abandoned and the purchaser will lose all right, title and interest to the property, including any and all moneys from the buyer.
FAILURE to pickup/pay for items WILL result in buyer being PERMANENTLY BANNED from future auctions.
**RETURNED CHECK FEES:
A fee of $40.00 + ALL cost's to recover will be assessed on returned checks and may result in the bidder being denied access to future auctions.
Be sure you are capable of paying immediately after the conclusion of the auction and realize your bids are not conditional upon financing.
**PAYMENT PROCEDURES:
ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT: (No cards will automatically be ran.)
CASH, GOOD check (If shipping we will hold items for up to ten business days to ensure sufficient funds to clear the bank.) All Checks are to be made payable to Lieber & Burcham Auction.
We will accept CREDIT CARD payments. A 4% convenience fee will be charged.
ANY PURCHASES THAT TOTAL $500 OR MORE WILL NEED TO BE PAID BY A WIRE TRANSFER. A $20 wire transfer fee will be applied.
Customers requiring shipping will receive a invoice from Lieber & Burcham Auction for the items purchased ONLY. That invoice will include (Original invoice price + applicable fees.) We will email this invoice out after our in-house Checkout/Pick-up date.
ALL INVOICES REQUIRING SHIPPING MUST BE PAID IN FULL WITHIN THREE (3) BUSINESS DAYS OF THE EMAIL DATE OF THE INVOICE Or buyer will forfeit the items and be banned from future auctions.
This ban will be permanently noted on buyers hibid profile used by other auctioneers to approve bidders.
Payments will be made directly to Lieber & Burcham Auction.
**PAYMENT PROCEDURES FOR SHIPPING CUSTOMERS:
You can expect a invoice in your email including 4% credit card convienence fee. Once you have paid for your item, we will box your items and send a separate invoice for shipping/handling. No items will be boxed until paid in full. Please keep in mind, it may take up to 7 days before you recieve your shipping invoice.
Shipping Handling fee is $15.00 plus shipping cost.
Failure to pay either invoice will cause the buyer to be permanently banned from future
