Please read them carefully before bidding. ** Payments** -Payment is processed automatically using the card on file immediately after the auction ends. -Total purchase includes: -Hammer price -17% buyer’s premium -3% surcharge -Texas state sales tax Invoices are emailed from: AUCTION NOTICE noreply@mail.auctionflex.com (Check spam/junk folders if you don’t see it.) -If your card fails, the invoice will include a link to make payment or you can pay in person via CARD, CASH, VENMO, ZELLE, AND CASHAPP -You can store multiple cards in your HiBid profile and choose your preferred payment method during auction registration. **Location** 2704 Bingle Road, Houston, TX 77055 We will assist in bringing your items to your vehicle. PLEASE be prepared when you arrive by having areas cleared and ready for loading. We help load out of courtesy to get you on your way as soon as possible, so PLEASE be nice to our employees and tips are always appreciated. However, due to insurance policies, our team cannot help secure or strap items onto your vehicle. **Pickups** Items cannot be picked up until the auction is fully completed. You’ll receive a text and email notification with your invoice about 1 hour after the auction ends. We ask that you please contact us 30 minutes prior to arrival via TEXT to 281-330-0980 with your bidder # and LAST NAME so your order will be ready upon arrival. Pickup Times: FRIDAY: 3 PM – 7 PM SATURDAY: 10 AM – 2 PM MONDAY: 10 AM – 5 PM IMPORTANT: -A valid photo ID is required for invoices over $500. -If someone else is picking up, both parties must provide ID. We do not hold items beyond the pickup window. -All items must be removed within 7 business days starting the FRIDAY after the auction. -Items not picked up will be considered abandoned and resold without refund. Due to out-of-state fraud, shipping has been discontinued. We do not accept out-of-state bidders. This auction is for local bidders or those who can pick up in person. **Item Conditions** -Items may be new, overstock, packaging-damaged, or customer returns. Please expect packaging to have some flaws, or with return shipping labels. -We inspect items when possible but cannot guarantee every issue will be found. -All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS". -No refunds for items that don’t fit in your vehicle – plan accordingly. -Stock photos are for reference. Check actual item photos and descriptions for damage or condition. **Returns & Refunds** At ATX Auctions we stand by our products. We understand that mistakes happen. Bid with confidence. We take accountability when we make an error. In the unfortunate circumstances that we do make an error in the listing; we will replace when able and refund when necessary. -All sales are final. -Returns are only allowed if an item is materially different from the catalog description. All items have a 2-day guarantee against misrepresentation. -No returns once you leave the premises. Check your items before leaving. -Issues must be reported by Tuesday at 3 PM following the auction. -If a return is approved and the item must be physically returned before any refund is issued. -Due to this being an auction, we do not return or refund for any other reason. Please ensure that the items you are bidding on are the right size, color, shape, and model you are looking for. **Communication Policy** We respect your time and privacy.
