Auction ends Saturday 10/11 @ 6pm CST Auction pickup is at our shop at 321 Main Street, Andale, KS on Sunday 10/12, 12:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M. If you can't make this pickup day or time, let us know, and we can arrange an alternate pickup time. Shipping is available for MOST lots in this auction (Any lots that cannot be shipped in this auction will have ~ LOCAL PICKUP ONLY ~ in its description). Please leave a note when registering for the auction if you would like your items shipped! Winning Bidders that need shipping will be charged the cost of the shipping label(s) + a $5 handling fee. Lots may take a few days to ship out, so your patience is appreciated.

We also want to make sure you have a better idea on when you can expect your items. Insurance is required on all orders over $50. For most orders, we will keep the standard $5 per order handling fee. However, we may charge more (up to $20) for large or complex orders. We've been packing a lot of multi-box shipments of glass and pottery lately. Doing that properly takes a lot of time, effort, and materials. Also, please put that you need shipping in the notes to the auctioneer section when you register. It really helps us out. Lots will only be shipped within the United States. Items typically go out within 7 to 10 days of payment. If we have not heard from you within 48 hours, we cannot guarantee your items will still be available. Call Before Bidding if the pick-up date doesn't work for you. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN! This auction includes a 15% buyer's premium and 7.5% Kansas State Sales Tax. Silver Bullion Coins will not be charged sales tax. If you would like to pay with cash at pickup, OR if you would like your item shipped, please contact us before the auction closes so we can update your invoice accordingly. Your credit card will be charged as soon as possible (usually right after the auction ends). If you are a reseller with a sales tax exemption, please contact us via email (aircapmarketplace@gmail.com) and send us a copy of the apporopriate documentation (photo copy of tax certificate) BEFORE the auction closes so we can remove the tax from your invoice.
