All items sell as is, where is. This auction will run for 11 days and is a no reserve auction. We have done our best to inspect each item in this auction and to note any flaws through photographs and wording in the description. We will also have two nights of preview for this auction Monday, 10-13-2025 from 430pm-6pm and again on Thursday, 10-16-2025 from 430pm-6pm for you to come and inspect each item for yourself. We also ask if you would like to inspect the tractors and cannot make the preview nights to please contact Kristy with Demry Auction, llc @ 641-895-2509. There willl be a 13% Byer's Premium added to your total cost for the items in this auction. A 3% DISCOUNT will be available to those paying with cash, good check, or Venmo (@Kj-Demry). There will be two days for pick up of these items. They will be Monday, October 20th from 10am-6pm and Tuesday, October 21st from 3pm-6pm. We will work with you if you cannot pick up the items on the scheduled days, but would prefer if you can to pick up on the allotted times. There will be no shipping on the pedal tractors, but all smaller toy tractors, cars and trucks will be available for shipping.
