Buyer’s Premium & Sales Tax
An 18% buyer’s premium will be added to all checkout totals, in addition to 8.7% Arizona state and local sales tax, as required by law.
Bidding Agreement
By placing a bid, you are entering into a binding agreement to purchase the lot(s) you have bid on. Failure to honor bids or submit payment within the required timeframe will result in your bidding privileges being revoked from our platform. The card on file will automatically be charged when the auction concludes. In the case of a declined payment, the customer will be contacted for alternative payment.
Payment Terms
Payment is due after the auction closing. All sales are final, and payment must be received before pickup or shipping. Winning bidders will have their credit card on file automatically charged if they are the highest bidder at auction close. Failure to pay within 2 days, or failure to communicate with us, will result in your item being forfeited or subject to a $5 per day storage fee until resolved. After 14 days of an unresolved payment, your item will be considered forfeited.
Shipping Policy
Shipping begins at a flat $20 handling fee, plus the cost of the shipping label, materials and packaging, and labor. Customers are welcome to arrange third-party shipping but must do so within 2 business days post-auction and communicate with us for facilitation. Items may take several days or weeks to ship based on order volume and scheduling. A post-auction email will include shipping timelines and communication instructions. Please reach out by email or phone if you have questions about your lots won.
Shipping Terms & Forfeiture Policy
If a bidder opts in for shipping, they are responsible for all related costs including labor, materials, and labels. If the bidder declines to pay the shipping charges, they forfeit their lot and no refund will be issued. After three unsuccessful attempts to contact the buyer within 14 days, the lot is considered forfeited without refund.
Local Pickup Policy
Pickup is available by appointment during the week following the auction. Customers must pay in full before pickup. You must contact us within the same week post-auction to confirm pickup. Please bring your own boxes, wrapping materials, and loading help. Our staff is available to assist with loading for a fee based on item size and quantity. Minimum loading fees start at $10.
Missed Pickup Policy
In-state buyers who do not show up for the scheduled pickup date will incur a $50 holding fee, added to their balance. If pickup is not arranged within 7 days of the original pickup date, the item will be forfeited without refund.
Refund & Return Policy
We pride ourselves on providing accurate descriptions of all items. We note visible damage, wear, or flaws to the best of our ability. Measurements are provided where applicable and may be approximate. All sales are final. Refund requests will be denied if the item condition was described or photographed clearly. We do not guarantee the working condition of electronics or mechanical items unless otherwise noted. We may test certain items upon request.
Invoicing
All invoices will include an 18% Buyer’s Premium, 8.7% Sales Tax (AZ), and any applicable shipping or handling charges. Invoices must be paid before pickup or shipment of items.
