An auction is a legally binding contract offer by the high bidder to purchase. All items are sold “as is / where is” with no guarantees or warranties of any kind, including but not limited to condition, suitability, or merchantability. This is NOT a retail store. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No credits or refunds of any kind will be issued. You are bidding and buying based on your own inspection and judgment. Attending a live preview is your best protection. Registering to Bid: You will register with a valid credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AmEx) via our secure site. Cards must have available balance to cover potential purchases. Preview: Preview times are posted above. Live preview is strongly recommended to determine condition and value of items. Descriptions and photos online are limited and not guaranteed. Bidding: All bidders must register online. When you bid, you are entering into a binding contract. If your bid wins, your credit card will be charged, and you must pick up your items during posted removal times. Out-of-State Bidders: We will help arrange shipping at the bidder’s expense. Please notify us by email at info1auctionmanrva@gmail.com if alternate arrangements are required. Storage Fees: $5.00 per day, per item if items are not picked up within the required timeframe. Buyer's Premium: 18.5% added to all purchases. (Example: Bid $100 ? Charged $118 + VA sales tax if applicable) Payment: Winning bidders will be charged automatically to their registered card. Invoices will be emailed—bring a printed copy to pickup. Sales Tax: Virginia sales tax applies. Tax-exempt buyers must submit forms before the auction closes to info1auctionmanrva@gmail.com. Removal: Items must be removed during posted times. Failure to pick up will result in forfeiture, and items will be considered abandoned. Responsibility: Buyers are responsible for their own removal, risk, and liability. Bring help and equipment for moving. Any person picking up on your behalf must have your paid receipt.
