The bidding will begin to close at the designated date and time. For your convenience, the closing of items will be staggered basis of 1 lot every 25 seconds (varies per auction). If a bid on any item is received within one (1) minute of close, that item will automatically extend for one (1) minute PAYMENTS We accept Cash, Checks, Venmo or Credit Card. If your total is over $500 and you are out of state payment options are Cash; Venmo; Money Wire; or Cashiers Check.An Invoice will be emailed to you the evening of October 9th. PICK UP and REMOVAL Pick up and removal of all items will be from 9:00 am till 2:00 pm on Saturday October 11th. If you dont make it to pickup time and you dont have other arrangements made with Vestal Auction Service your Card on file with Hibid will be charged the night of October 11th. SHIPPING We will ship items that are marked shippable, there is a $10.00 Packing Fee for the first box and then $5.00 for each additional box. We will pack lots together if possible. We do use UPS as out 1st choice, if you want USPS used you will need to let us know. If there is damage during shipping you will need to work with the shipping company over the Shipping Damages. We can not be responsible for the Item after we drop it off.
