All Sales final, items sold "as is, where is." Every bid is final and irrevocable. 18% Buyers Premium Payment in full is required on day of sale or within three days (3) if online bid. This is not an Absolute Auction, some items will have minimum acceptable prices. All items must be picked up on the day of sale unless prior arrangements have been made. All firearms will be transferred per Federal and State Law

Shipping / Pick Up

We will arrange delivery to UPS store #2665 and their phone number is 904-739-9490 or we will release to your shipper per your instructions. Pickup is Monday Noon-6pm. Please call and pay with credit card prior to pick up. We do in house shipping for small and less fragile items. Items need to be paid for within 48 hours after auction to be shipped in 4-6 business days. If item is not paid for within 48 hours then item will be shipped when we make the next trip to shipper or USPS. Be safe!
