All items are sold AS IS / WHERE IS with no warranties or guarantees of any kind. There will be an 18% buyers premium on all purchases. You will be required to pay sales tax unless you hold a valid resale or exemption certificate. We accept cash and Zelle with a 3% Buyers Premium discount. Please notify Jason before the close of the auction if you wish to pay with any means other than the card on file. All items must be paid for on pick-up day. Building must be emptied on pick up day. You will need to bring help for loading as there are very heavy items in this auction. Storage fees of $10 per item per day will apply to all items not picked up on time. There will be no shipping for this auction. By agreeing to the terms and conditions of the auction you agree that all sales are final and that there will be no disputes or chargebacks on your purchase made with a credit or debit card or any other form of currency. All firearms will be transferred by FFL on scene and there will be a $25 fee paid directly to the FFL.
